Die Zusage über die Funktion des gelieferten Kastens (Kasten 3:2) wurde nicht eingehalten (die Fronten wären untereinander tauschbar), die Reklamation wurde barsch abgewiesen, obwohl es sich um einen Fehler der Firma handelte. LICHTERLOH gibt sich erst kundenorientiert und generös, verhält sich dann bei einem Problem unfreundlich und kleinlich. Die im hochpreisigen Segment agierende Firma erweckt den Anschein von Seriosität, in meinem Fall hat sie eine berechtigte Reklamation grundlos und zu Unrecht zurückgewiesen. Unfortunately a big disappointment. The commitment to the function of the delivered box (box 3: 2) was not kept (the fronts would be interchangeable), the complaint was harshly rejected, even though it was a mistake of the company. LICHTERLOH is only customer-oriented and generous, then behaves unfriendly and petty when faced with a problem. The company operating in the high-priced segment gives the appearance of seriousness, in my case, it has rejected a legitimate complaint for no good reason and wrongly.

Das Geschäft ist außerordentlich groß und lädt zum Verweilen und Entdecken ein. Es gibt bei Bedarf eine ausführliche Beratung. Insgesamt ein toller Laden zum Vorbeischauen. Viele Stücke sind auch im Onlineshop zu finden, so dass man ggf. auch dort schon fündig werden kann. Exceptional selection of historical furniture refurbished at fair prices.
