Die Lage ist gut aufgrund der öffentlichen Anbindung und guter Parkmöglichkeiten in der grünen Zone. Die beiden Vermieter waren immer sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen aller Nutzerinnen u für Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Ich kann die Praxis nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen für all jene, die den Start in die Selbstständigkeit wagen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die gute Betreuung! I used the practice 3 years as a therapist and was very satisfied! There were never any problems. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. The two landlords were always very concerned about the well-being of all users u for questions very easily accessible. I can only recommend the practice for those who dare to start their own business. Thanks again for the good care!

Durch die stundenweise Nutzung der Räume ist man flexibel und auch nicht an eine bestimmte "Auslastung" gebunden, was gerade am Anfang bzw. wenn man nebenberuflich tätig ist, viele Vorteile bringt. Des weiteren sind die Formalitäten sehr unkompliziert, und auch der Ablauf/ Hausbrauch in der Praxis sehr angenehm! DANKE für diese tolle Chance! Und ich wünsche weiterhin eine tolle Zusammenarbeit von vielen Coaches; Therapeuten, Beratern, etc.... :) I thought it was great to work in the Lichtblickpraxis! By the hourly use of the rooms one is flexible and also not tied to a certain "utilization", which brings just at the beginning or if one works part-time, many advantages. Furthermore, the formalities are very straightforward, and the procedure / house use in practice very pleasant! THANK YOU for this great opportunity! And I still wish a great collaboration of many coaches; Therapists, counselors, etc .... :)

Flexible Miete, also Stundenweise, genauso möglich wie geblockte Miete, also ganze oder halbe Tage. Gute öffentliche Erreichbarkeit und Parkplätze vor der Tür. (Damals grüne Zone) Alles sauber und ordentlich. Ich war super zufrieden. Bin dort nur gegangen, weil ich aus Graz weggezogen bin. My full recommendation ??? Super great landlords for very nice practice rooms. Everything was smooth and straightforward. The room rents are very cheap. Flexible rent, i.e. by the hour, is just as possible as blocked rent, i.e. full or half days. Good public accessibility and parking spaces in front of the door. (At that time the green zone) Everything was clean and tidy. I was super satisfied. I only went there because I moved away from Graz.
