B	Berthold Heber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große Auswahl, freundliches Personal Über dieses Geschäft kann man nur Gutes schreiben. Es ist seit Jahren mein Stamm-Libro. Man findet hier alles, was man für das eigene Heimbüro benötigt. Das dortige Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Makel: das Ladenlokal ist eigentlich zu klein für ein derart großes Sortiment, so dass ich jedesmal erstaunt bin, wie es die Angestellten schaffen, hier Ordnung zu halten. Das ist wohl nur durch das große Engagement der Beschäftigten erklärbar. Great selection, friendly staff You can only write good things about this business. It's been my regular Libro for years. You will find everything you need for your own home office. The local staff is always friendly and helpful. The only flaw: the shop is actually too small for such a large assortment, so I'm always amazed how the employees manage to keep order here. This can only be explained by the great commitment of the employees.
B	Bianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wollte ich eine Bestellung abholen, aber die Dame, die mich bediente, war sehr unfreundlich und bestand darauf einen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis (Reisepass, Personalausweis) für die Abholung eines Wertes von etwa 15Euro zu sehen. Anbieten konnte ich ihr lediglich meine Sozialversicherungskarte, Uni-Ausweis, Klimaticket, aber keinen Reisepass - am Ende bekam ich die Bestellung trotzdem. Sie war auch sehr schnippisch und hatte einen unangenehmen, aggressiven Tonfall und ich sprach sie darauf an, worauf sie antwortete, dass sie nicht unfreundlich sei (genauso schnippisch). Ich werde meine Bestellungen in Zukunft an eine andere Filiale schicken lassen. Actually, I wanted to pick up an order, but the lady who served me was very rude and insisted on seeing an official photo ID (passport, identity card) for the pick-up of a value of about 15 euros. I could only offer her my social security card, university ID, climate ticket, but no passport - in the end I got the order anyway. She was also very snippy and had an awkward, aggressive tone of voice and I pointed this out to her to which she replied that she wasn't being rude (just as snippy). I will have my orders shipped to a different store in the future.

J	Joe Mittiga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars for me too. I walked in, I was the only person in the store. The lady stared at me and the big cake box I was carrying. Did not acknowledge me until I had to say “Entschuldigen Sie sprechen Sie Englisch?” To which I got a firm “nein” and then ignored me and refused to help me. I don’t expect everyone to speak English but at least try and work with me a little bit. I had a picture of what I wanted. Fortunately this is the only Libro store where I’ve received this awful service.
