Bin dann 45 Minuten mit dem Auto hin und der Verkäufer gab mir das falsche Spiel obwohl ich im den Titel am Telefon deutlich bekannt gab. Reaktion vom Verkäufer war ausser ein Grinsen noch die Aussage “ich dachte das wär das Spiel, es ist so neu“ Danke Lieber Verkäufer (Name weiss ich leider nicht) fü die Odyssee am Vormittag. Habe es mir dann von einem anderen Markt geholt. I called extra if they have a certain PS4 game in stock ... Answer "Yes". Then I drove there for 45 minutes and the seller gave me the wrong game even though I clearly announced the title on the phone. The reaction from the seller was, besides a grin, the statement "I thought that was the game, it is so new" Thank you Dear seller (unfortunately I don't know your name) for the morning odyssey. Then I got it from another market.

Nach einer Woche ohne Kontakt seitens der Filiale habe ich mir erlaubt, mal nachzufragen, ob es den Probleme gibt mit der Bestellung. Antwort: "Nein, die Lieferung ist nur noch nicht eingetroffen, Lieferungen erhalten wir meistens Mittwochs" Eine Woche später, immer noch keine Nachricht. Am Freitag (rund zwei Wochen nach meiner Bestellung !!! ) dann der Anruf: ihr Buch ist abholbereit. Das Buch hätte ich in der Zwischenzeit zig mal bei Amazon bestellen können, Lieferzeit dort wären 24 Stunden gewesen. Es wäre ein Leichtes gewesen, einfach das Buch beim LIBRO nicht abzuholen, aber so jemand bin ich nicht. Das an der Kasse eine mir komplett fremde Person auch noch meinen Impfstatus einsehen wollte um mir ein Buch auszuhändigen: ohne Worte Nie wieder. Ich stelle jetzt komplett auf Onlinehandel um. Für immer. Frechheit sondergleichen. I ordered a book from LIBRO in Schärding (contrary to my usual practice). After a week without contact from the branch, I took the liberty of asking if there were any problems with the order. Answer: "No, the delivery just hasn't arrived yet, we usually get deliveries on Wednesdays" A week later, still no message. Then on Friday (about two weeks after my order!!!) I got the call: your book is ready to be picked up. In the meantime I could have ordered the book umpteen times from Amazon, the delivery time there would have been 24 hours. It would have been easy not to pick up the book at LIBRO, but I'm not that kind of person. That at the checkout a complete stranger to me also wanted to see my vaccination status in order to hand me a book: never again without words. I am now completely switching to online trading. Forever. insolence beyond compare.
