 Unfriendly staff, customers are spit off with inappropriate, boisterous statements. If it were possible I would give minus 10 stars.

Fachwissen fehlt halt hier leider komplett, man muss wissen was man braucht. Dennoch, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wo sie können.
OK,
Unfortunately, there is no specialist knowledge here, you have to know what you need. Nevertheless, very friendly and helpful wherever they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ein Switch Spiel ausgesucht von dem es nur noch die Leetverpackung gab. Große Enttäuschung für meinen Sohn. Dann als Ersatz ein anderes Spiel ausgesucht das war dann an der Kassa 10€ teurer als ausgezeichnet. Ist halt nicht mehr in Aktion war der lapidare Hinweis. Sind dann woanders hin gefahren wo Kunden nicht enttäuscht werden. Tränen vom Sohnemann gab's trotzdem...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libro selbst ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, man findet auch alles und die Verkäufer sind nett.
Was bei mir nicht funktioniert hat sind die Online-Reservierungen mit Abholung in der Filiale.
Ware wurde von der Filiale storniert, aber mehrere Stunden später war sie laut deren Shop System immer noch auf Lager. Konnte dann sogar nochmals bestellen ... leider wieder mit Stornierung.
Also nicht auf den Lagerstand verlassen, der scheint nicht zu passen, leider.
Libro itself is very clean and tidy, you can find everything and the sellers are nice.
What didn't work for me are the online reservations with pick-up at the branch.
Goods were canceled by the store, but several hours later, according to their shop system, they were still in stock. Could even order again ... unfortunately again with cancellation.
So don't rely on the stock, it doesn't seem to fit, unfortunately.
