★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompliment an die meisten Verkäuferinnen und an Libro selbst, aber was eine Verkäuferin allein ruinieren kann hat sie ruiniert. Extrem dummes, arrogantes Verhalten gegenüber eines Stammkunden.
Compliments to most salespeople and to Libro herself, but what a saleswoman can ruin on her own has ruined her. Extremely stupid, arrogant behavior towards a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin heute im Libro gewesen und hatte dort einen usb für mc Book verlangt oder ein Adapter für Microsoft usb für mc Book. Hatte Sie mir ein einfachen usb Stick gegeben und ich dachte mir nichts dabei und bin dann heim. Hab es ausprobiert und es war ein einfacher usb Stick. Bin ich wieder libro zurück hatte es ihr gesagt, wollte es umtauschen oder mein Geld zurück. Nichts hatte ich bekommen, weder ne Gutschrift oder Umtausch. Wenn es um elektronische Sachen Geht ist Media Markt ein muss.
I went to the Libro today and asked for a usb for mc book or an adapter for microsoft usb for mc book. She had given me a simple USB stick and I thought nothing of it and then went home. I tried it and it was a simple usb stick. When I am back libro, she told her, wanted to exchange it or get my money back. I had received nothing, neither credit nor exchange. When it comes to electronic things, Media Markt is a must.
