★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaum Auswahl, im Prospekt sieht man Sachen, die in den Filialen gar nicht erhältlich sind, Achtung beim Kauf von Laptops, die verlangen viel zu viel Geld, für teilweise nur 4gb RAM und 10 Jahre alte Prozessoren. Für schulbedarf, Kleinkram gut und günstig, nur Achtung bei hochwertigen Artikeln.
Hardly any selection, in the brochure you can see things that are not available in the branches, be careful when buying laptops, they require far too much money, for sometimes only 4GB RAM and 10 year old processors. For school supplies, small items good and cheap, only attention for high-quality articles.

I actually always like to go to Libro, but this one is junky and looks more like a 1€ shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Bahnhof konnte einfach geparkt werden und die 150m in der Fußgängerzone überwunden werden. Super freundliche Mitarbeiterin vor Ort konnte einem schnell weiterhelfen. Der online Support von Frau Olbrich war Weltklasse und unkompliziert… so war alles Reibungslos beisammen.
It was easy to park at the train station and negotiate the 150m in the pedestrian zone. Super friendly employee on site was able to help you quickly. The online support from Ms. Olbrich was world class and uncomplicated ... so everything was put together smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Angebot ist super wie immer. Negativ ist allerdings dass nur eine Mitarbeiterin in der Filiale ist und man teils sehr lange an der Kasse warten muss. Merke: wer an Mitarbeitern spart, spart am falschen Ende!!!
The offer is great as always. However, the negative is that there is only one employee in the branch and you sometimes have to wait a long time at the checkout. Note: if you save on employees, you save at the wrong end!!!
