★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein Problem mit einer Ware bekam sofort das Angebot zur rücknahme da ich es aber als geschenk haben wollte und die beschenkende Person wollte es gar nicht so konnte ich die Ware trotz 10 Tage vergehen sofort gegen einenen Gutschein abgeben. Einfach 1. Sahne.
 Had a problem with a product I immediately got the offer to take it back because I wanted it as a gift and the person giving it didn't want it so I was able to hand in the goods for a voucher despite 10 days. Simply 1st cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei LIBRO Strasswalchen ist man nicht alleine gelassen. Wenn man etwas nicht findet wird dir sofort weitergeholfen. Ich kaufe sehr gerne bei LIBRO.
At LIBRO Strasswalchen you are not left alone. If something is not found, you will be helped immediately. I really enjoy buying from LIBRO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich ganz gut. Nur könnte die Spiele Auswahl (PS4, XBOX&PC) besser sein, typisch Libro halt.
Mitarbeiter sind nicht freundlich aber auch nicht unfreundlich, recht neutral.
An sich zu empfehlen
Pretty good actually. Only the game selection (PS4, XBOX & PC) could be better, typical Libro stop.
Employees are not friendly but also not unfriendly, quite neutral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter (12 Jahre) hat sich alleine, jedoch mit meiner Anwesenheit, "Armbändchen für Zwei" gekauft welche im Regal um € 3,- ausgespreizt waren. An der Kasse wurde jedoch ein Preis von €5,95 verlangt welcher auch von meiner Tochter bezahlt wurde. Ich machte Verkäuferin darauf aufmerksam. Diese meinte jedoch mehrfach nur "wir müssen die Ware nicht zu diesem Preis verkaufen!" Etwas anderes war von Ihr war nicht zu hören. Keine Lösungsorientierung oder Entschuldigung. Es bleibt der Beigeschmack, dass Kinder (nur in dieser Niederlassung?) mit Aktionen gelockt werden und an der Kasse ein höherer Preis verlangt wird da sie noch zu unsicher sind um zu reklamieren!
My daughter (12 years) bought "armbands for two" alone, but with my presence, which were spread out on the shelf for € 3, -. At the checkout, however, a price of € 5.95 was asked which was also paid by my daughter. I pointed this out to the shop assistant. However, she said several times only "we don't have to sell the goods at this price!" There was nothing else to be heard from her. No solution orientation or apology. The aftertaste remains that children (only in this branch?) Are lured with special offers and a higher price is charged at the cash register because they are still too unsure to complain!
