Man buys a box of feathers for 20 € and 1 week later I notice that the thread was out and the fabric came apart and they don't exchange it ATTENTION LIBRO IS MONEY GREED

Ich war schon in vielen libro Geschäften, die sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter haben, aber Libro Leonding ist das schlechteste, das ich jemals gesehen hab. Ich werde hier nie wieder einkaufen!!!!! An employee who works there cannot do anything wrong. It doesn't give you time. In addition, she treats customers irrespectively. I've been to many Libro stores that have very nice and friendly staff, but Libro Leonding is the worst I've ever seen. I will never shop here again !!!!!

Und auf Eigeninitiative,habe ich beim bezahlen und bei meiner Beschwerde,das Mich niemand angerufen hätte,als Antwort erhalten:das ist jetzt eh Wurscht,sie haben ja das Spiel jetzt?! Diese Bedienung hat in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen wo der Kunde König sein soll nichts verloren.Ich zweifle Ihre fachliche Kompetenz an,... When ordering the 2 ladies, very hard-working and nice. But the thicker lady who was on duty today, so unfriendly, lies to the customer! Claims she called several times on my company phone where I am constantly available during the day! And on my own initiative, I received the answer when paying and when I complained that nobody would have called me: That doesn't matter, you have the game now ?! This service has no place in a service company where the customer should be king. I doubt your professional competence, ...

Auch die "dickere" (wie bei der letzten Rezension absolut frech und erniedrigen betont) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend... Ich komme sicher wieder!! TOP BRANCH, all employees very, very friendly. Very good knowledge of the range and well informed about new releases. The "thicker" one (as emphasized in the last review, absolutely cheeky and humiliating) was very friendly and courteous ... I will be back for sure !!
