★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bewertung betrifft den Onlineshop. Ich habe ein Jahresabo bestellt. Die Ausgaben sollten automatisch geliefert werden. Leider hat dies noch nie funktioniert. Pro Ausgabe muss ich ca 4 Mails schicken + teilweise anrufen, damit man versteht, dass die Adresse im System falsch hinterlegt ist. Wenn ich dann ein Heft erhalte, bekomm ich teilweise ein falsches Heft. Es wird erklärt, dass sie den Fehler suchen und man hört dann einfach nichts mehr - >man muss wieder schreiben.
 Evaluation concerns the online shop. I have ordered an annual subscription. The outputs should be delivered automatically. Unfortunately, this has never worked. I have to send about 4 emails per issue + sometimes call, so that one understands that the address is incorrectly stored in the system. If I then receive a booklet, I sometimes get the wrong booklet. It is explained that they are looking for the mistake and then you just don't hear anything more -> you have to write again.
