★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin nicht zufrieden mit der LEWAG. Die zuständige Reinigungskraft hinterlässt Kratzer an den Wänden der Stiege und wäscht die Wände des Aufzugs nicht. Professionelles Reinigungspersonal - wie auf der Website vermarket - sieht für mich anders aus. Trotz Beschwerde bei der LEWAG hat sich nichts getan, lediglich die Betriebsleitung wurde ausgetauscht.
I am not satisfied with LEWAG. The responsible cleaning staff leaves scratches on the walls of the staircase and does not wash the walls of the elevator. Professional cleaning staff - as marketed on the website - looks different to me. Despite a complaint to LEWAG, nothing has changed, only the management has been replaced.
