 tasty ice! Generous portions in the ordered cups. Friendly staff and a nice place to sit outside there's too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bedienung war ein bisschen überfordert da das Eisgeschäft gut besucht war. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen um ein Glas Wasser haben wir dann irgendwann aufgegeben. Wir haben der Dame kein Trinkgeld gegeben und wurden dadurch böse und genervt abgefertigt. Wir werden das nächste Mal wo anders Eis essen. Leider...
The service was a bit overwhelmed as the ice cream shop was well attended. After asking for a glass of water several times, we gave up at some point. We didn't tip the lady and were treated angry and annoyed as a result. We'll have ice cream somewhere else next time. Unfortunately...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Die 3 Damen waren dermaßen überfordert mit den ca. 20 Kunden, sowas habe ich schon lange nicht gesehen. 25 Minuten gewartet um nur einmal bestellen. Als das Eis dann endlich angekommen ist, Glas Wasser vergessen, Geschmack des Eis hat auch nachgelesen. Hier gehört dringend umstrukturiert, verbessert usw.
Was a very disappointing visit today. The 3 ladies were so overwhelmed with about 20 customers, I haven't seen anything like that for a long time. Waited 25 minutes to order only once. When the ice cream finally arrived, I forgot my glass of water and checked the taste of the ice cream. This urgently needs to be restructured, improved, etc.
