Die schicke kleine aber feinen Bar strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus und bietet Platz für 20-25 Personen. Das Valentinsdinner am 14.2. beinhaltete eine exzellente persönliche Weinbegleitung mit interessanten Insiderinformationen. Dennoch schade, das die Weine nicht schriftlich am Menüplan berücksichtigt wurden. Denn gerade für Weininteressierte die an einem besonderen Tag im Jahr eine Weinbar besuchen sind Detailinformationen wie z.B. Jahrgang, Rebsorte, Säure etc. von Relevanz. Die Experimentierfreudigkeit bei der Menüzusammenstellung ist eher zurückhaltend, der Wow-Effekt stellte sich bei keinem Gericht ein. Wer gern heisse Speisen geniesst, bekommt sie wohltemperiert. Dennoch gewinnt die Weinbar aufgrund der persönlichen Präsenz und Aufmerksamkeit der gesamten Crew an Sympathie. Es liegt zweifelsfrei noch viel Arbeit und Engangement im jungen dynamischen Team, dass es sicher sehr weit bringen kann. The chic, small but fine bar exudes a pleasant atmosphere and offers space for 20-25 people. The Valentine's dinner on 14.2. included an excellent personal wine accompaniment with interesting insider information. It's a pity, however, that the wines weren't included in the written menu. Because detailed information such as vintage, grape variety, acidity, etc. is relevant, especially for those interested in wine who visit a wine bar on a special day of the year. The willingness to experiment when putting together the menu is rather reserved, the wow effect did not appear with any dish. If you like hot food, you can get it well tempered. Nevertheless, the wine bar gains sympathy due to the personal presence and attention of the entire crew.
