Ich hab letztendlich Antwort bekommen, mir wurde aber gesagt, dass ich bei Bestellungen bis zu 6 Monaten Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen müsste da vieles im Inventar aus China zugekauft wird. Ich hatte keine gute erste Erfahrung mit dieser Firma - trotz traurigem Anlaß. Wir habe uns für eine andere Lösung entschieden.
I tried to contact this company from abroad. 3 times by phone, 3 times by email. In the end I got an answer, but I was told that I would have to wait up to 6 months for orders because a lot of the inventory is bought from China. I didn't have a good first experience with this company - despite the sad cause. We decided on a different solution.
