Der "Neuwagen" ist nach 2 Tagen liegen geblieben. Es intressierte sich absolut niemand für sie. Kein Leihwagen, kein Service, keine Entschuldigung... Also war unsere Entscheidung dann das defekte Auto zum Autohaus Leitner zu bringen. Hier wurden wir von Anfang an freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Über eine Stunde wurde mir in der Werkstatt geholfen, die Sachlage zu den Ereignissen an diesem Auto und mögliche Ursachen des Fehlervorherganges herauszufinden. Auch der Umgang mit Kunden ist bemerkenswert! Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht und möchte ihnen hiermit ein Dankesehr aussprechen. Wären wir nur gleich zu ihnen gekommen! We were treated in a friendly and courteous manner right from the start. For over an hour I was helped in the workshop to find out the facts about the events on this car and possible causes of the error process. Dealing with customers is also remarkable!
