In the middle of nowhere a well-kept rest station. Gas station, car wash, inn, car dealer. Everything is there. Thank you for the hospitality.
B	Be werterin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Werkstatt ist gut. Allerdings sollten die Mitarbeiter der Werkstatt eine Kundenkommunikations-Schulung oder ähnliches belegen. Ich finde es eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass man gesagt bekommt wie lange es ungefähr dauernd wird. Oder wenn man telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart, dass die Uhrzeit nochmal wiederholt wird, um Missverständnisse vorzubeugen. Freundlich sind sie ja, so Kleinigkeiten fehlen eben. The workshop is good. However, the employees in the workshop should have completed customer communication training or something similar. I think it goes without saying that you will be told how long it will last. Or if you make an appointment by phone that the time is repeated again to prevent misunderstandings. They are friendly, so little things are missing.

Obwohl ich schon einige Male in der Werkstatt etwas richten ließ. Die Mechaniker sind echt freundlich und kompetent aber der Mitarbeiter am anderen Ende der Strippe....na ja. Schade so sehen sie uns leider nie wieder. The company has to do very well when you are so unfriendly to your customers on the phone. Although I've had something fixed in the workshop a few times. The mechanics are really friendly and competent, but the employee at the other end of the line ... well. It's a shame that they'll never see us again.
