★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn bei leiner "Montage gratis steht, ist das für mich eine gefährliche Drohung ,von Bestellung der küche bis Montage 5 Monate und dabei machte ich den Rest selbst, ich konnte diese unfähige Truppe nicht mehr sehen.1montage Versuch falsche ,zu wenig und schief montiert Unterbaubeleuchtung .
Keine Arbeitsplatte keine Griffleisten für Dunstabzugshaube, keine Frontfür spüle usw.musste 5Wochen warten auf neuen Termin .3Tage vor Montage kein Kühlschrank am montagetag falscher geliefert usw. Fazit in dieser Firma redet man nicht miteinander(vielleicht Zuviele Sprachen) Note 5 und da habe ich noch lange nicht alles aufgezählt.
If it says "free assembly" is for me a dangerous threat, from ordering the kitchen to assembly 5 months and I did the rest myself, I could no longer see this incompetent troop. 1 assembly attempt wrong, too little and wrongly assembled Underbody lighting.
No worktop, no handle strips for extractor hood, no front for sink, etc., had to wait 5 weeks for a new appointment. 3 days before assembly, no refrigerator delivered incorrectly on assembly day, etc. Conclusion in this company you don't talk to each other (maybe too many languages) grade 5 and there I still have not all listed for a long time.

Sie erkannte sofort meinen Verkäuferwunsch. Ich suchte nach einer Tischdecke in einem unüblichen Maß.
Heute holte ich mir die speziell zugeschnittene Tischdecke ab und war voll zufrieden.

She immediately recognized my wish to be a seller. I was looking for an unusual size tablecloth.
Today I picked up the specially cut tablecloth and was completely satisfied.

Hatte heute für 12h einen Tisch im Leiner Restaurant reserviert. Am Eingang , ein Schild, man möge hier auf das Servicepersonal warten.
Ich habe 5 Minuten gewartet, Gäste die nach mir kamen gingen einfach hinein und setzten sich.
Ich ging dann aktiv auf eine Kellnerin zu, sie sah sich um und wies mir dann den einzig freien Tisch zu. Es stand kein reserviert Schild darauf! KEIN 3 G NACHWEIS WURDE KONTROLLIERT!
Als ich bestellen wollte (Fleischspiessaus der Werbung, gültig bis Anfang September), wurde mir lapidar mitgeteilt, das Angebot wäre aus. Auf meine Nachfrage, hieß es, das falsch disponiert worden ist und die Lieferung immer erst nachmittags kommt. Ich fragte nach einer Alternative, als Antwort kam, ich solle etwas anderes bestellen oder vom Buffet essen. ( Buffet kostet hier gleich 4 € mehr....wird hier absichtlich Umsatz gemacht?)
Wir haben dann das Restaurant verlassen ohne etwas bestellt und werden so schnell auch nicht wiederkommen, denn es ist nicht das erste Mal, das Mittagsangebote nicht vorhanden waren. Daraus schließe ich, das das Unternehmen nicht lernfähig ist und auf Kundenservice keinen Wert legt.

Today I reserved a table in the Leiner restaurant for 12 o'clock. At the entrance, a sign saying you should wait here for the service staff.
I waited 5 minutes, guests who came after me just went in and sat down.
I then actively approached a waitress, she looked around and then assigned me the only free table. There was no reserved sign on it! NO 3 G DETECTION WAS CHECKED!
When I wanted to order (meat skewer from the advertising, valid until the beginning of September), I was told succinctly that the offer was over. When I asked, it was said that it had been planned incorrectly and that the delivery always comes in the afternoon. I asked for an alternative when the answer was that I should order something else or eat from the buffet. (Buffet costs € 4 more here ... is sales made on purpose?)
We then left the restaurant without ordering anything and will not be back anytime soon, because it is not the first time that there were no lunch options. From this I conclude that the company is incapable of learning and does not value customer service.

Ursu eine Küche gekauft. Ein sehr kompetenter Mitarbeiter der Küchenabteilung Leiner Steyr. Herr Ursu hat uns eine tolle Küche geplant, unser Einkaufserlebnis war perfekt. Anschließend gingen wir hungrig ins Restaurant, dort war leider die Köchin nicht mehr da. Frau Anthofer Birgit, die eigentlich im Service beschäftigt ist, hat dann extra noch für uns ein Essen hergezaubert. Wir fahren sehr gerne zum Leiner nach Steyr, obwohl wir in Linz wohnen. Die Geschäftsleitung kann auf ihre Mitarbeiter sehr stolz sein ?

Urzu bought a kitchen. A very competent employee of the kitchen department Leiner Steyr. Mr. Ursu planned a great kitchen for us, our shopping experience was perfect. Then we went hungry to the restaurant, but unfortunately the cook was no longer there. Mrs. Anthofer Birgit, who actually works in the service department, conjured up a meal for us. We love going to the Leiner in Steyr, although we live in Linz. The management can be very proud of their employees ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother and sister recommended it to me, was not disappointed, spectacular food and very good price too. The personnel were always on hand to hear our requests. The meals here was tasty And delicious, cannot wait to come back and try all of those other menu options. I came here for dinner with my bro, we were totally happy with the good food and the costs. We ordered lunch here as a particular treat and were definitely happy how fairly quickly it arrived.
