★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Juli einen Termin wegen Zubaus zum Anschluss an einen neuen Unterverteiler.Termin wird im Geschäft persönlich vereinbart. Am vereinbarten Tag kommt aber niemand. Daraufhin wieder ins Geschäft - Antwort: Kollege ist im Urlaub und hat nichts gesagt. Somit wird ein neuer Termin eine Woche später vereinbart. Dann kommen auch 2 Personen (Fachkraft mit Lehrling) und führen diese Arbeiten durch.
Anfang November wird wieder ein Termin im Geschäft für die Erweiterung vom Blitzschutz vereinbart und von einer weiblichen Person ein Auftrag ausgeschrieben. Nach 2 Wochen fahre ich wieder hin weil sich niemand meldet. Erste Anwort - das geht sich heuer nicht mehr aus.
Das kann dir aber niemand gleich beim ersten Termin sagen. Daraufhin kommt auch noch der Chef mit der Meldung, um die Jahreszeit lasse ich niemanden mehr aufs Dach (wohlgemerkt es ist ein Flachdach und der 26.November).
Also bezüglich Termnintreue und Zuverlässigkeit braucht man sich hier nichts wünschen. Ich such mir einen anderen Elektriker.
Bedenklich ist auch, wenn sich der Inhaber hier SELBST 5 Sterne in einer Bewertung gibt !! Siehe unten !
 Appointment due in July for connection to a new subdistributor. Appointment is arranged in person at the store. Nobody comes on the agreed day. Then back to business - Answer: colleague is on vacation and has said nothing. Thus, a new appointment will be agreed one week later. Then come two people (specialist with apprentice) and carry out this work.
At the beginning of November, an appointment will be made in the business for the extension of lightning protection and an order will be issued by a female person. After 2 weeks I drive back because no one answers. First answer - this is no longer possible this year.
Nobody can tell you that at the first appointment. Then comes the boss with the message, at the season I leave no one on the roof (mind it is a flat roof and the 26th of November).
So with regard to on-time delivery and reliability one needs nothing here. I'm looking for another electrician.
It is also questionable if the owner here SELF 5 stars in a review! See below !
