mehrere Anrufe bei der Service "Hotline" nötig, damit etwas in Angriff genommen wird
Techniker unpünktlich und unzuverlässig, gerade bei einer ausgefallenen Heizung bei 5-10 Grad Außentemperatur für 4 Tage nicht tragbar!
Wegen Gewährleistung kein Wechsel derzeit möglich.
Offensichtlich sobald die Arbeiten bezahlt sind, keine Mühe beim Service mehr notwendig...schade!
The designs are good, only the service is terrible,
several calls to the service "hotline" are necessary to get something done
Technicians unpunctual and unreliable, especially with a failed heating at 5-10 degrees outside temperature not acceptable for 4 days!
No change currently possible due to warranty.
Obviously as soon as the work is paid for, there is no more trouble with the service ... a shame!
