★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfreundliche Verkaufsdame (Mutter des chefs). Ist mich beim kauf eines Ersatzteiles für motorsäge richtig angefahren/beschimpft weil ich mit ins ersatzteillager gegangen bin. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. (Bereits im Jahr 2017 passiert).
Besser ins nahegelegene lagerhaus fahren, die sind kompetenter und sehr freundlich.

Absolutely rude sales lady (mother of the boss). When I bought a spare part for a chainsaw, I was properly hit / abused because I went to the spare parts store. I have never experienced something like that. (Already happened in 2017).
Better to go to the nearby warehouse, they are competent and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann Herrn Bronhagel nur zustimmen!!! Mir ist es soeben genauso ergangen. Brauchte eine Dichtung für den Rasenmäher mir wurde ein neuer Deckel angedreht in dem gar keine Dichtung enthalten ist und als ich es retourniert habe bekam ich eine Gutschrift mit der ich nichts anfangen kann als ich sagte das wäre ja nicht mein Fehler gewesen meint die Chefin nur das machen sie schon jahrelang so. Sehr sehr kundenfreundlich meinen nächsten Rasenmäher kaufe ich sicher wo anders das ist auch FIX!!!
I can only agree with Mr. Bronhagel !!! I just felt the same way. Needed a seal for the lawnmower me a new lid was turned on in which no seal is included and when I returned it I got a credit with which I can do nothing as I said that would not have been my mistake been the boss just that They have been doing that for years. Very customer-friendly my next lawn mower I buy safe where else that is also FIX !!!
