Nach einer Anfrage, wurde sofort ein Kulanzaustasch versprochen. Vielen Dank dafür. LEHA ist eine Firma mit toller Qualität. Nun habe ich im Zuge eines Unfalles ein Plissee herunter gerissen und dabei die Befestigungsplättchen abgebrochen. Die Firma, welche die Plissees verkauft und montiert hat, ist mittlerweile im Konkurs. Ich habe direkt an LEHA in Deutschland eine E-Mail mit dem Sachverhalt geschrieben - zwei Tage später waren 6 Befestigungsplättchen im Postkasten - kostenlos und ohne Bezahlung der Postgebühren. Hut ab vor dieser Firma - nicht nur, dass die Ware von ausgezeichneter Qualität zu einem guten Preis ist, ist auch der Kundenservice so toll, wie man ihn heute nicht so oft findet. We have had our sun blinds for more than six years and are very happy with them. Now, in the course of an accident, I tore down a pleated blind and broke off the fastening plates. The company that sold and installed the pleated blinds is now in bankruptcy. I wrote an e-mail directly to LEHA in Germany with the facts - two days later 6 mounting plates were in the mailbox - free of charge and without paying the postage. Hats off to this company - not only is the product excellent quality at a good price, the customer service is also great which is hard to find these days.

Das Produkt kann ich nur empfehlen. Great customer service! After a long time, unknown to the dealer at the time, we needed a spare part, which was easily organized by customer service. Wir konnten die Rollos aber einschicken und haben auf Kulanz neue gefertigt bekommen. Schnelle Lieferung und sehr nette Betreuung! Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung! Great customer service. We had mounted the blinds with adhesive strips, which unfortunately did not work and resulted in the bracket falling and breaking. But we were able to send in the blinds and got new ones made as a gesture of goodwill. Fast delivery and very nice service! Definitely a recommendation!
