B	Birgit B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nimmt die Firma Lederwaren Winklmayr während der regulären Öffnungszeiten keine "0815" Reparaturaufträge entgegen, obwohl es sich um eine Tasche aus der hauseigenen Manufaktur handelt. Ich wurde von der Chefin (!!!) mit dem Hinweis weggeschickt, dass ich wiederkommen soll wenn die Reparaturwerkstätte geöffnet sei. Als Berufstätige müsste ich mir dafür Urlaub nehmen. Ich werde wohl die Mühe auf mich nehmen und die Tasche in einem anderen Bundesland reparieren lassen. Unfortunately, Lederwaren Winklmayr does not accept any "0815" repair orders during regular opening hours, even though it is a bag from the in-house manufacture. I was sent away by the boss (!!!) with the hint that I should come back when the repair shop was open. As a working person, I would have to take a vacation to do this. I will probably take the trouble to have the bag repaired in another state.

Super nice sales staff, the bag I bought as a gift was very good, quality 1a, my mother was very happy about it! I can only recommend.
