Auch wenn in der Eile wegen Meinungsverschiedenheiten einmal etwas unangenehme Worte heraus rutschen - wir sagen "Die Fetzen fliegen": am Ende des Tages ist jeder hier bedingungslos zu 100% nur für die Tiere da. Dieser wunderbare Antrieb aller Menschen, die hier engagiert sind, ist in jeder Situation präsent und direkt spürbar. Das Erlebnis der Dankbarkeit, die uns Tiere zurück geben, ist um Lichtjahre mehr wert als schöne Worte oder das beste Essen. Danke für alles, was ihr hier mit viel zu wenig Budget auf die Beine gestellt habt, es war mir eine Ehre eine kurze Zeit hier sein zu dürfen! Ich habe in der Woche viel über die Tiere, aber auch über mich selbst gelernt. Hoffe, wir sehen uns bald wieder! Mega cool group! Neben dem hervorragendem Essen, das zu 100% vegan ist, findet man überall am Hof Hunde, Hühner und sogar Kühe, die sich zum Tisch gesellen. Die Crew ist zur Gänze von der Idee begeistert. Das sieht und schmeckt man auch. Eine großartige Entdeckung. Achtung: Wird nur wochenends betrieben, da die ganze Belegschaft unter der Woche dem Beruf nachgeht. We came to the vegan brunch.
