Mein Weg im letztem Jahr war nicht immer einfach, doch mit der Hilfe der Lebensform habe ich bereits 28 kg abgenommen. Durch die fixen Termine habe ich mich immer wieder dazu aufgerappelt hinzugehen und durchzuhalten. Barbara (Diätologin) hat mir bei der BIA-Messung und bei einem Gespräch sehr hilfreiche Tips geben könne was meine Ernährung betrifft.
Marianne hat mir mit dem Schröpfen und Massieren bei meiner Rückbildung der Haut sehr geholfen.
Es herrscht eine familäre Atmosphäre, alle sind freundlich und nett, es wird immer gelacht ich fühle mich richtig wohl und muss mich nie schämen wenn ich etwas nicht schaffe.
Mein Ziel ist es noch weiter abzunehemen um mein Idealgewicht zu erreichen und vor allem zum Start der Badesasion super im Bikini auszusehen.

My path last year was not always easy, but with the help of the life form I have already lost 28 kg. Due to the fixed dates, I kept getting up and going. Barbara (dietician) was able to give me very helpful tips regarding my diet during the BIA measurement and during a conversation.
Marianne helped me a lot with the cupping and massaging in my regression of the skin.
There is a family atmosphere, everyone is friendly and nice, there is always laughter, I feel really good and never have to be ashamed if I do not succeed.
My goal is to lose even more weight to reach my ideal weight and look great in a bikini, especially at the start of the bathing season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es toll das es endlich ein Institut in meiner Nähe gibt, die viele verschiedene Dienstleistungen unter einem Dach anbieten. So kann ich vorher meine Trainingseinheit absolvieren, dann gemütlich Duschen und dann zB. noch zur Massage gehen. :)
I think it's great that there is finally an institute near me that offers many different services under one roof. So I can complete my training session beforehand, then take a comfortable shower and then, for example. still go to massage. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Service und kurze Wartezeiten. Ich buche meine Trainingseinheiten ganz einfach online. Das spart Zeit und man nimmt das Training einfach viel ernster, als in einem klassischen Fitnessstudio.
Great service and short waiting times. I easily book my training sessions online. This saves time and you simply take the training much more seriously than in a classic gym.

Ruhiges modernes Ambiente, Terminbuchung unkompliziert und das Beste für mich war das ich mich bei der Physiotherapie um nichts kümmern musste. Terminvorschläge wurde ausgearbeitet, und nach Beendigung der Therapie wurde der Papierkram von der Lebensform abgehandelt um die Refundierung der Kosten schnell durch die Krankenkasse zu erhalten!
Physiotherapy, massages, BIA analysis, advice and much more, simply top qualified staff! Quiet modern atmosphere, booking appointments straightforward and the best thing for me was that I didn't have to worry about anything in physiotherapy. Appointment proposals were worked out, and after the end of the therapy, the paperwork was dealt with by the life form in order to get the reimbursement of the costs quickly by the health insurance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte schon länger Rückenprobleme, bin oft von einem Arzt zum anderen gelaufen. Den meisten Ärzten ist es ja egal, die schicken dich in irgendein anonymes Institut und das wars dann auch schon. Dann lange Wartezeiten oft 4-5 Wochen und immer ein anderer Therapeut.
Bei Lebensform ist das irgendwie anders, hier hat man NICHT das Gefühl als ginge man wieder so raus wie man reingegangen ist. ? Das Team ist jung, nett und vor allem MOTIVIERT.
Für meinen Termin habe ich nur 5 Tage gewartet und den Service für die Rückvergütungen machen sie auch noch. So stelle ich mir eine therapeutische Behandlung vor. Weiter so!
I have had back problems for a long time, I often ran from one doctor to another. Most doctors don't care, they send you to some anonymous institute and that's it. Then long waiting times, often 4-5 weeks, and always a different therapist.
In life form it is somehow different, here you do NOT have the feeling that you go out again as you went in. ? The team is young, nice and above all motivated.
I only waited 5 days for my appointment and they also do the service for the refunds. This is how I imagine therapeutic treatment. Keep it up!
