Mai 19 begonnen und siehe da am 11. Juli 19 konnte ich stolze 10 kg weniger auf meiner Waage sehen. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Diesmal holte ich mir die unterstützung durch hypnose, weil ich angst hatte, es sonst nicht zu schaffen. ? und leute, ich glaub es selbst kaum! Es geht mir sooo gut. Es ist im vergleich zu meinen erfahrungen die ich früher machte , wenn ich aufhörte zu rauchen soooo viel einfacher! Natürlich schwirren auch mal gedanken an eine zigarette durch mein bewusstsein.
