After waiting for days for my PCR test result, I was finally informed that my sample must have been 'lost by the driver', after picking up the samples of Alles Gurgelt from one of the pick-up locations. I was hoping that the city of Vienna would take their business to a more serious and professional laboratory, and am more than taken aback at the fact that my sample was supposedly only one of many that were lost. This is a problematic issue - particularly in terms of safety! Another aspect that made clear to me how unprofessional this company really is, was that their customer service employee hung up on me, while explaining to me that somebody is supposedly taking care of the issue with the lost samples. Simply outrageous!!

Completely different information than given in their website, they didn't send the results per email and were also late to give them out, resulting in having to go there 4 hours before the flight.
E	Eva Huml on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is horrible. The layout and the steps keep changing, it doesn't recognise my address, and I keep having to enter my details and verify my identity. I had to register my two kids with their schools emails- it was a disaster, although I've been doing Alles gurgelt since May. Took forever, the steps were completely different for the second child as if we were on a different website - shockingly badly executed! In the end we gave up. And why is there no app? I wonder who they've paid off to have the whole of Vienna's test business. It's certainly not because of the quality of their service.
D	Deni Bugar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've done the test on yesterday, Wednesday, at 4 p.m. delivered it to penny at 4.30 p.m. the same day. The pick up was todady at 9 a.m. now it's almonst 9 p.m. and still nothing, i hope tomorrow morning to have an answer back, but this is unacceptable

P	Peter Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly, I don’t get this review score. People should first of all realize that Vienna is the only Place (world wide?) That offers that service. Otherwise you’d need to queue at some street at 2 degrees and someone would stick you sth up your nose. So only for this fact, I don’t get how you cannot be thankful for that. Apart from the fact, that it’s a PCR Test, and it’s for free.. and yes, there are always Human behind it and if you do 800.000 test per day, maybe one per day can slip down a transporter or get damaged…. OMG
