★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to purchase an engagement ring. As an obvious foreigner, the sales lady only talked to my boyfriend, the local. She never made eye contact or talked directly to me, even though I understand German.
That same day, after trying it on, my boyfriend purchased the ring. He wanted to propose before I flew back to my home country. So he asked the sales lady if it is possible to resize the ring after I come back and she said yes.
Flash forward one month, we go back to the store and asked to get it resized. Another sales lady said it isn't possible because my fingers are too small, saying that I should have tried on the ring before buying it (which I did of course). After a lengthy discussion, they finally accepted the ring for resizing for a cost of €26.
It was irritating getting conflicting information from 2 sales ladies about whether it was possible to resize the ring or not. Not to mention, it wasn't nice being ignored.
If we would have known about the resizing problem, we wouldn't have gone here to save us from the headache. But we decided to go through with the purchase because it was a beautiful ring at a decent price.
Their products are very beautiful and set at decent prices. Just beware, the sales ladies can be really catty and may treat you differently because of your skin color.
