K	Katharina L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Anfang Mai (09.05) , ein silber Armband zum löten gebracht. Es wurde mir versichert dass es schnell gehen würde sodass es zur 3. Mai Woche(22.05) fertig und zum abholen bereit wäre und ich einen Anruf erhalten würde. Niemand hat sich zum besagten Datum gemeldet. Ich stattete dem Geschäft einen Besuch ab (22.05) Das Armband war leider noch nicht zurück von der Reparatur. Nach weiteren zwei Wochen (Anfang Juni) hat sich noch immer niemand gemeldet. Ich besuchte wieder das Geschäft noch immer kein Band da. (anscheinend). Diese Woche also am 22.06 rief ich in dem Geschäft an wie lange es denn noch dauern würde und dass ich es schade gefunden habe dass sich niemand selbst gemeldet hat. Die Dame am Telefon sagte mir jedoch, dass das Armband seit 28.05 !!!! schon im Geschäft liegt und zur Abholung bereit wäre. Ich habe jedoch NIE einen Anruf erhalten. Die Dame behauptete jedoch vehement, dass mich jemand verständigt hätte. Dies war nicht der Fall. Habe ihr es auch mehrmals gesagt doch sie beharrte darauf dass es doch so gewesen wäre. Egal wie die Ware in diesem Geschäft ist.. die Verkäufer/innen sind unfreundlich und herablassend. Dieser Juwelier sieht mich kein zweites mal. At the beginning of May (May 9th) I got a silver bracelet to solder. I was assured that it would be quick so that it would be ready for the 3rd May week (May 22nd) and ready to be picked up and I would receive a call. No one answered on that date. I paid a visit to the shop (May 22nd) Unfortunately the bracelet was not yet back from repair. After another two weeks (beginning of June), no one has yet reported. I still went to the store with no tape. (apparently). So this week on June 22nd I called the shop how long it would take and that I found it a shame that no one had reported themselves. However, the lady on the phone told me that the bracelet has been on 28.05. is already in the store and would be ready to be picked up. However, I NEVER received a call. However, the lady vehemently claimed that someone had notified me. This was not the case. I told her several times but she insisted that it would have been. No matter how the goods are in this shop .. the sellers are rude and condescending. This jeweler doesn't see me a second time.
