Nein danke- nie wieder!! Normalerweise müßte man anfangen auf seinen gesetzlichen Anspruch zu bestehen - aber der Wert der Ware übersteigt den Ärger... The staff sometimes tried hard, but there were problems with the return of defective goods. One only started to ask the head office. Service looks different! No thanks - never again !! Normally you would have to start to insist on your legal claim - but the value of the goods exceeds the annoyance ...
1	11 08 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur jedem abraten, in irgendeiner LeClou Filiale etwas zu kaufen, da der Kundenservice absolut unter jeglicher Kritik ist. Bei offensichtlich mangelhafter Ware, wird weder ausgetauscht noch eine Gutschrift gegeben - man muss die Ware, die man bezahlt hat dortlassen, damit sie zur Zentrale geschickt wird und dann erfährt man erst ob man gnadenhalber einen Ersatz bekommt (obwohl Ware nicht in Ordnung war!!!!) Geld zurück oder Gutschrift gibt es aber in keinem Fall - darüber wird man schon im Vorfeld informiert. So etwas habe ich noch in KEINEM Geschäft erlebt! In der heutigen Zeit, bei all der Konkurrenz, ein absolutes No-Go. Mich sieht LeClou nie wieder. Scheint aber bei all den schlechten Bewertungen nicht nur in dieser Filiale so zu sein, sondern grundsätzliche Firmenphilosophie. I can only advise everyone not to buy anything in any LeClou store, as customer service is absolutely under criticism. In the case of obviously defective goods, neither will be exchanged nor will a credit be given - you have to leave the goods you have paid for so that they can be sent to the head office and only then you will find out whether you can get a replacement for mercy (although goods were not in order !! !!) There is no money back or credit - in any case, you will be informed in advance. I have never seen anything like this in any store! Nowadays, with all the competition, an absolute no-go. LeClou never sees me again. But with all the bad reviews it seems not only to be like this in this branch, but a basic company philosophy.
