A	Anna Gabler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor 8 Uhr reserviert, genau wie das mal zuvor. Wir haben 1 Stunde gewartet wo es am Anfang hieß wir können gleich Spielen und daraus wurde nichts. Das organisatorische liegt ihnen nicht, da wir gar keine Email bekommen haben aber uns davor telefonisch gesagt wurde das wir sicher Spielen können. Sie waren unfreundlich,frech und unkooperativ. We reserved before 8am, just like that before. We waited 1 hour where at the beginning it said we could play right away and nothing came of it. Organizational issues are not up to them, as we didn't get any emails but were told by phone beforehand that we could play safely. They were rude, rude and uncooperative.

Wir sind zu 15 gekommen und haben eine Dreiviertel stunde gewartet und im Endeffekt haben wir nicht spielen können. Eine Gruppen is nach uns gekommen und Sie haben gleich spielen können. Ich wurde von den Mitarbeitern und von dem Inhaber sehr unhöflich behandelt und sie meinten es ist meine Schuld. Kein Respektvoller Umgang! Noch dazu wurde mir gesagt ich muss mich wegen der neuen Corona Vorschriften bei der Bundesregierung beschweren, da wir keine Bestätigungsmail mail bekommen. Ich würde die Halle nicht mehr Empfehlen! We made a reservation before 8:00 p.m. We got to 15 and waited three quarters of an hour and in the end we couldn't play. A group came after us and you could play straight away. I was treated very rude by the staff and the owner and they said it was my fault. No respectful handling! In addition, I was told I have to complain to the federal government about the new Corona regulations, as we do not receive a confirmation email. I would not recommend the hall anymore!

Wir haben mit dem Mitarbeiter gesprochen und dieser sagte, dass das passt. Dann haben wir uns hingesetzt und gewartet nach 45 Minuten haben wir gesagt bekommen, dass unsere Reservierung nicht angekommen ist und wir nicht mehr spielen können. Gruppen die danach kamen wurden alle vorgezogen und wir warteten weiter. Danach haben wir uns beschwert und Mitarbeiter und Besitzer der Halle haben sich nicht entschuldigt und waren Unkooperativ. Uns wurde gesagt Covid ist der Grund und wir sollten uns bei der Landesregierung beschweren. Die Halle ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen. We made a reservation and arrived at the hall on time and made reservations on the internet beforehand. We spoke to the employee and he said that it was okay. Then we sat down and waited. After 45 minutes we were told that our reservation had not arrived and that we could no longer play. Groups that came after were all brought forward and we continued to wait. Afterwards we complained and the employees and owners of the hall did not apologize and were uncooperative. We were told Covid is the reason and we should complain to the state government. The hall is not recommended.
M	Martin Koniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War ein super Erlebnis und wir werden wieder kommen, das steht fest. Es war eine Riesengaudi und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Wir haben auch vorher reserviert mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leute. (Mehr als 10 dürfen es ja wegen Covid derzeit nicht sein) Reservierung hat wunderbar funktioniert, und mal ehrlich, wenn man paar Minuten warten muss ist das doch kein Problem. Wir sind aber gleich drangekommen, es waren nicht mal 10 Minuten die wir warten mussten. Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht, bei meinem Zahnarzt muss ich viel länger warten als 45 Minuten obwohl ich einen Termin habe. Aber so ist es nun mal, damit muss man leben. Von mir 5 Sterne! It was a great experience and we will be back, that's for sure. It was a lot of fun and I can only recommend it to everyone. We also made reservations in advance with a group of 9 people. (Because of Covid it can't be more than 10 at the moment) Reservation worked wonderfully, and let's be honest, if you have to wait a few minutes that's not a problem. But we got there right away, it wasn't even 10 minutes that we had to wait. I don't understand the negative reviews here, I have to wait much longer than 45 minutes at my dentist even though I have an appointment. But that's the way it is, you have to live with that. 5 stars from me!
A	Andreas Pilz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was uns gefallen hat: das Spiel ist super und auch die Halle mit den Hindernissen ist toll gemacht. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: 1. die oberlehrerhafte Instruktion durch die junge Dame, die uns erklärt hat, dass ein Fazer mehrere Tausend Euro kostet und von uns zu zahlen ist wenn er kaputt geht und dass sie am Tag unserer Buchung schon vier (!!!) Mal alle Sicherungs-Bänder waschen musste, weil Kunden sie falsch aufgehängt hatten. 2. im Gegenzug das fehlende Hygiene- und Sicherheitskonzept in dieser problematischen Zeit: keiner von uns musste einen 3G-Nachweis vorlegen - wir mussten uns nur registrieren. Die Fazer selbst wurden von uns ungereinigt zurück gelegt und sofort von der nächsten Gruppe wieder verwendet, ohne dass sie desinfiziert wurden. Auch bezüglich Sauberkeit gibt es Luft nach oben. What we liked: the game is great and the hall with the obstacles is also great. What we didn't like: 1. The top teacher-like instruction from the young lady who explained to us that a Fazer costs several thousand euros and that we have to pay if it breaks and that on the day of our booking they have already made all security four (!!!) times Had to wash ribbons because customers hung them incorrectly. 2. In return, the lack of a hygiene and safety concept in this problematic time: none of us had to present a 3G certificate - we just had to register. The fazers themselves were put back by us uncleaned and immediately used again by the next group without disinfecting them. There is also room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.
