★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Ausdrucke waren schlampig zugeschnitten und lagen einfach auf einem Stapel von Papierresten, als ich sie entgegennahm. Es finden sich auf einigen Seiten hässliche Linien, die ich sonst nur von billigen Tintenstrahldruckern kenne. Auch die Farben stimmen nicht, es ist alles extrem grünstichig.
Als ich die betroffenen Seiten reklamierte, stellte Sie mir Herr Föger in Rechnung und wurde dabei sehr unangenehm.
Wer Wert auf Qualität und gute Betreuung legt, sollte sich einen anderen Copyshop suchen.
My prints were sloppily cut and just lay on a pile of scraps of paper as I took them. There are ugly lines on some pages that I only know from cheap inkjet printers. The colors are not right, it's all extremely greenish.
When I complained about the affected pages, you charged me Mr. Föger and was very uncomfortable.
If you value quality and good care, you should look for another copy shop.
