★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung Top, Abwicklung und Mängel Behebungen eine Katastrophe. 4 Monate um eine Schaden zu beheben. Nicht gelieferte Ersatzfliesen - seit 6 Monaten, noch immer nichts bekommen. Telefonisch hebt man nur nach Lust und Laune ab (10 Anrufen, 1 x abgehoben) Auf Mails reagiert man überhaupt nicht. Termine werden nicht eingehalten und es kommen immer wieder zu neuen Ausreden. ?
Für diesen Leistung verdienen sie nicht mal 1 Stern.
 Advice top, handling and fixes a disaster. 4 months to repair a damage. Replacement tiles not delivered - for 6 months, still not received. You only pick up the phone when you feel like it (10 calls, 1 x picked up) You don't react to emails at all. Deadlines are not kept and new excuses keep coming up. ?
You don't even deserve 1 star for this achievement.
