Seit 3 Monaten versuche Frau Tobias bzgl. der überteuerten Rechnung zu kontaktieren aber sie ist nicht erreichbar und ruft auch nicht retour - sehr schlechtes Service! It is essential to obtain an offer in advance - otherwise the repair invoice will come as a big surprise! For 3 months I have been trying to contact Ms. Tobias regarding the overpriced bill, but she cannot be reached and does not call back either - very bad service!

Scherer ist trotz eines sehr arbeitsreichen Tages vorbeigekommen, hat sich die Anlage angeschaut, die Ursache des Problems sofort erkannt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde ein Anbot fertiggestellt. Herr Scherer ist kompetent, professionell, freundlich und ist um eine gute Kundenbetreuung/beratung sehr bemüht.
