Das Ambiente im Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, naturverbunden. Alles hübsch wohnlich und modern eingerichtet im Einklang mit der Natur. A wonderful place! The environment is fantastic, you can go on many hikes and you are brisk at the train station. The ambience in the room is very cozy, close to nature. Everything is nicely comfortable and modern in harmony with nature.
J	J B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het appartement is zeer schoon, netjes onderhouden en compleet ingericht. Het bevindt zich op loopafstand van de cabinelift met een supermarkt op ongeveer 1km. Let er bij appartement VAL95 op dat de 3e 'slaapkamer' een ruime tussenverdieping is welke alleen te bereiken is via een steile losse trap (niet geschikt voor kinderen). Skigebied Golm is perfect voor kinderen die net beginnen met skiles (enkele NL-leraren). Het skigebied icm. de gebieden in de omgeving (zelfde skipas met voldoende gratis parkeerplaats (voorjaarsvakantie 2016)) maken het ook voor gevorderde skiërs zeker de moeite waard. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and fully furnished. It is within walking distance of the cabin lift with a supermarket about 1 km away. Make sure that the third 'bedroom' at apartment VAL95 is a spacious mezzanine which can only be reached via a steep separate staircase (not suitable for children). Ski resort Golm is perfect for children who are just starting out with ski lessons (some Dutch teachers). The ski area in combination with. the areas in the area (same ski pass with sufficient free parking space (spring holiday 2016)) make it definitely worthwhile for advanced skiers.

Direkt an der Golmbahn und sehr nah zu den Zubringerstraßen. Very quiet and central apartment. We felt very warmly and professionally looked after by the hosts. Right on the Golmbahn and very close to the feeder roads.
S	Sven-Olaf Obst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus und die darin befindlichen Ferienwohnungen sind von hoher Qualität und sehr gut durchdacht. Z.B. ist der "Sportlereingang" ein Muss für den guten Start in den Wandertag (wie sind "Sommerfans") und für ein sorgenfreies Ankommen nach den Aktivitäten - alles im Haus bleibt sauber und die Schuhe stehen am nächsten Morgen trocken für Neues zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung und der Schnitt der Wohnungen ist top (man kann darin auch gut Regentage verbringen, ohne sich gegenseitig auf den Nerv zu gehen!), es fehlt (uns) auch beim fünften Besuch an (fast) nichts - vielleicht wäre noch eine Microwelle schick, dann wäre es perfekt. Nicht zu Toppen ist die ruhige Lage direkt an der Golmer Bahn und die Nähe zum Bahnhof Kaltenbrunn - ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen im ganzen Montafon, aber auch im Brandner Tal oder im Klostertal! Nicht zu vergessen sind die fleißigen "Hausgeister", die immer Mittwochs alles wieder schön machen in den Wohnungen und insgesamt für den sauberen und gepflegten Gesamteindruck sorgen. Und einfach nett sind die Gastgeber, die es sich nach Möglichkeit nicht nehmen lassen, die Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen und zu verabschieden. Das Haus Valfontana ist eine Reise wert! The house and the holiday apartments in it are of high quality and very well thought out. For example, the "sports entrance" is a must for a good start to the day of hiking (we are "summer fans") and for a carefree arrival after the activities - everything in the house stays clean and the shoes are dry the next morning for new things. The equipment and the layout of the apartments is great (you can also spend rainy days in it without getting on each other's nerves!), We are missing (almost) nothing even on the fifth visit - maybe a microwave would be nice , then it would be perfect. Not to be topped is the quiet location directly on the Golmer Bahn and the proximity to the Kaltenbrunn train station - a perfect starting point for extensive hikes throughout the Montafon, but also in the Brandner Valley or in the Klostertal! Not to be forgotten are the hard-working "house ghosts", who always make everything beautiful again in the apartments on Wednesdays and ensure that the overall impression is clean and well-groomed. And the hosts are simply nice, and if possible do not miss the opportunity to personally greet and say goodbye to the guests. The Valfontana House is worth a visit!
W	Wendy van der Hulst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Val 95. Eine moderne Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Die 2 ältesten Kinder schliefen auf dem Dachboden. Eine kurze Wand trennt das Loft in 2 Schlafbereiche. Sehr angenehm. Auf dem Balkon ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Mit ein bisschen Ausprobieren konnten wir auch zu fünft draußen am Tisch essen. Bettina und Joachim sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Sohn hat von ihnen zu seinem Geburtstag eine schöne Erinnerung an das Montafon bekommen. Es war unser 2. Mal im Montafon. Die Einstellung ist so schön! So viele schöne Wanderungen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Hoffentlich ist Val 95 dann verfügbar! We were with 2 adults and 3 children in Val 95. A modern apartment, fully equipped. The 2 oldest children slept in the attic. A short wall divides the loft into 2 sleeping areas. Very pleasant. On the balcony a table with 4 chairs. With a little trial and error, five of us could eat outside at the table. Bettina and Joachim are very warm and helpful. Our son received a nice souvenir of the Montafon from them for his birthday. It was our 2nd time in the Montafon. The setting is so beautiful! So many beautiful walks. We'll be back for sure. Hopefully Val 95 will be available then!

Durch die großen Fenster strahlt morgens schon die Sonne herein, einfach wunderbar. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für Rad- und Skifahrer steht ein Ski- bzw. Radraum mit Werkbank zur Verfügung. Die Eigentümer sind super sympathisch und geben auch gerne Tipps für Tagesaktivitäten oder Essensmöglichkeiten. Ein wirklich schöner Ort an den wir immer wieder gerne zurückkommen. A place to feel good! Very nicely furnished apartments - modern, tasteful and close to nature. The sun shines in through the large windows in the morning, simply wonderful. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. A ski or bike room with workbench is available for cyclists and skiers. The owners are super personable and are happy to give tips for daytime activities or where to eat. A really nice place that we always like to come back to.

Denn die Lage, das Haus mit der tollen Ausstattung und auch die Gastgeber inkl. Team, machen es einem leicht immer wieder gerne zu kommen. Im Juni 2021 konnten wir endlich auch die Wohnung in der Scheune für paar Tage bewohnen und wir waren restlos begeistert über die wunderschönen Räume, die tolle und hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Wohnung in der Scheune verfügt über eine große Fensterfront und Terasse, der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön. Man merkt wirklich, das sich Familie Rau sehr viele Gedanken über die Funktionalität und Ausstattung der Wohnungen (egal ob Landhaus oder Scheune) gemacht haben und diese mit Liebe zum Detail auch umgesetzt haben. We have been guests at Landhaus Valfontana from the very beginning and have been simply thrilled ever since. We come regularly, whether in winter or summer. Because the location, the house with the great facilities and the hosts including team make it easy to come back again and again. In June 2021 we were finally able to live in the apartment in the barn for a few days and we were completely thrilled about the beautiful rooms, the great and high-quality furnishings. The apartment in the barn has a large window front and terrace, the view is indescribably beautiful. You can really tell that the Rau family have put a lot of thought into the functionality and equipment of the apartments (regardless of whether it is a country house or barn) and have implemented them with great attention to detail.

Von der reibungslosen und völlig unkomplizierten Buchung über die sehr freundliche persönliche Korrespondenz wegen unserer Sonderwünsche bis hin zum außergewöhnlich großzügigen Entgegenkommen bei unserer Abreisezeit war alles bestens organisiert. Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und durchdacht ausgestattet, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl. Die tollen Aussichten und die ideale Lage ganz in der Nähe der Talstation runden den wunderbaren Gesamteindruck ab. It doesn't get any better! Our holiday apartment Valfontana was the perfect place to stay for our short ski holiday. From the smooth and completely uncomplicated booking to the very friendly personal correspondence regarding our special requests to the extraordinarily generous accommodation when we left, everything was well organized. The apartment itself leaves nothing to be desired. It is very high quality and well thought-out, you feel really comfortable from the first moment. The great views and the ideal location very close to the valley station round off the wonderful overall impression.
