★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location is perfect, basically directly on the Danube right-bank long-distance hiking and cycling trails, plenty of good Heurigers within walking distance (which means one of the neighbouring villages on Sundays, or according to preference). A couple of rather "touristy" ones among them, but most not. In the season best to book tables. Big "small" shop in the village with almost anything you might need for breakfast or modest self-catering. You can do quite a bit for a few days without using a car, but it's probably not the sort of place people go to without one. There is a bus service which you might use if you are a serious wine tourist or to extend your hiking routes without resorting to the car - not easy to find parking from which to set off.. Negative: Nothing..
