Die großzügig geschnittenen Zimmer, das gepflegte und schön bepflanzte Außengelände mit Terasse und tollem Ausblick auf das Tal und den Serles haben uns überzeugt. Die Bus- und STBstation sowie der kleine Spar bei der Kirche sind fußläufig in knappen 10min erreichbar, perfekt also für alle Reisenden ohne Auto. Als Städter haben wir die nahe Natur und die Berge in vollen Zügen genossen, tolle Wanderungen in gut erreichbarer Nähe unternommen und würden das Gasthaus Penz jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen. We stayed as father and daughter for a week at the Gasthaus Penz and were very impressed by the location, the apartment and, above all, the older owner couple! The spacious rooms, the well-kept and beautifully planted outdoor area with terrace and great views of the valley and the Serles have convinced us. The bus and STB station as well as the small Spar at the church are reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes, so perfect for all travelers without a car. As townspeople, we enjoyed the nearby nature and the mountains to the full, went on great hikes within easy reach and would recommend the Gasthaus Penz to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.

Keuken kan verbeterd worden, geen afzuigkap aanwezig en plafond erg laag omdat de keuken precies onder het schuine dak zit. Wel zelf kruiden/zeep/shampoo etc meenemen. Was alleen zout/peper en afwasmiddel met borstel/sponsje aanwezig. Bedden netjes opgemaakt en handdoeken aanwezig, alles ziet er schoon uit. Eigenaren komen 1/2 keer per dag vragen of alles nog naar wens is. Ze kunnen ook adviseren welke uitjes leuk zijn. Ze spreken wel alleen Duits, geen Engels. Beautiful apartment. Big. Nice view on all sides. We were in the top apartment. Kitchen can be improved, no extractor hood and ceiling very low because the kitchen is exactly under the sloping roof. Bring your own herbs/soap/shampoo etc. Wash only salt/pepper and detergent with brush/sponge. Beds neatly made and towels provided, everything looks clean. Owners come 1/2 times a day to ask if everything is still to your liking. They can also advise which outings are fun. They only speak German, no English.
T	Tomáš Laško on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strávili sme tu už 8. dovolenku a nemáme dôvod sa sťažovať. Jedinou slabinou je vchod na parkovisko, na ktoré môže byť pri veľkej premávke ťažké sa správne trafiť. We have already spent the 8th holiday here and we have no reason to complain. The only weakness is the entrance to the parking lot, which can be difficult to get to properly during heavy traffic.
