Das Objekt ist direkt am See gelegen mit herlichen Badestrand/Ruderboot/Stand up Padling und allem was man so braucht für einen Tag am Wasser. Den Kindern und uns hat vorallem die herzliche und überaus liebevolle Gastlichkeit der Vermieter Imponiert. Der Urlaub war einfach fantastisch und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zu Gast sein .... Vielen Dank für alles...und liebe Grüße von den Kindern an Nala? We stayed there during the autumn break. The house / apartment is well furnished with everything you need. The property is located directly on the lake with a wonderful bathing beach / rowing boat / stand up padling and everything you need for a day on the water. The children and us especially enjoyed the warm and extremely loving Hospitality of the landlords impressed. The holiday was just fantastic and we will definitely be guests again .... Thank you for everything ... and greetings from the children to Nala?

Die Einrichtung der Appartements und Ferienwohnungen ist wunderbar gelungen, stilvoll und sehr individuell. Mit viel Sinn für Harmonie und Funktionalität war unser Appartement Nr. 3 eingerichtet. Liebevoll dekoriert, wie das ganze Haus und der wunderschöne Garten, und mit einem grandiosen Ausblick von beiden Balkonen auf See, Schafberg und die umliegenden Berge. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Küche benötigt um ein großes Essen zu zubereiten, Bad, Ess- und Wohnbereich und und unser Schafzimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Verarbeitung der kompletten Wohnung und des Dachstuhles mit Galerie (zusätzlicher Schlafbereich) hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir wissen das sehr zu schätzen, da wir eine eigene Pension betreiben. (Haus Kallenberg - Träumen & Wohlfühlen - in 89542 Herbrechtingen Deutschland) Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht im Besonderen an unsere Gastgeber. Herzlich war der Empfang und die gesamte Betreuung. Es gab viele nette Gespräche und wir haben das Haus als Freunde verlassen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder. Claudia & Jens We spent a wonderful 6 days at Landhaus Leitner in October 2014. The furnishings of the apartments and holiday flats are wonderfully successful, stylish and very individual. Our apartment No. 3 was furnished with a great sense of harmony and functionality. Lovingly decorated, like the whole house and the beautiful garden, and with a magnificent view from both balconies of the lake, Schafberg and the surrounding mountains. Everything was there that you need in a kitchen to prepare a big meal, bathroom, dining and living area and our bedroom left nothing to be desired. The processing of the entire apartment and the roof structure with gallery (additional sleeping area) impressed us very much. We really appreciate that as we run our own guesthouse. (Haus Kallenberg - dreaming & feeling good - in 89542 Herbrechtingen Germany) A big thank you goes in particular to our hosts. The reception and the entire care was warm. M	Max Lorum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klasse Lage am Wasser mit eigenem Zugang zum Wolfgangsee. Vor dem Wasser befindet sich eine große Wiese mit Liegestühlen für jeden Gast. Die Familie Leitner ist sehr freundlich und bemüht es jedem Gast recht zu machen, was sie auch schafft. Auch nach meinem 6. Aufenthalt bin ich immer wieder gerne Gast im Landhaus Leitner. Das Zimmer war sauber und aufgeräumt bei der Ankunft. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Spar/Billa/Hofer schnell erreicht. In wenigen Minuten ist man in St. Gilgen. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Class location on the water with private access to Wolfgangsee. In front of the water is a large lawn with deck chairs for each guest. The Leitner family is very friendly and strives to make every guest right, whatever she creates. Even after my 6th stay I am always happy to be a guest at Landhaus Leitner. The room was clean and tidy on arrival. By car the next Spar / Billa / Hofer is reached quickly. In a few minutes you are in St. Gilgen. Clear recommendation!

Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet, alles funktionierte, es gab nichts, worüber man sich hätte beschweren könnte. Selbst als uns einmal zum Essen kochen etwas fehlte half Frau Leitner sofort aus. Der Ausblick von unseren Balkonen war fantastisch, man hätte sofort in den See hineinspringen wollen. Aber da spielte leider das Wetter ( 12° C) Ende Mai :-( nicht mit. Auch die nette und tolle Atmosphäre mit Fam. Leitner hatten wir bisher noch nirgendswo erfahren. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Sauberkeit? 5 Sterne!!!, da haben wir schon in anderen, teureren Hotels ganz andere Sachen erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. B & H Hinze We were there for 1 week at the end of May / beginning of June this year. Everything was great, from start to finish. The apartment was well furnished, everything worked, there was nothing to complain about. Even when something was missing to cook something, Ms. Leitner immediately helped out. The view from our balconies was fantastic, you would have wanted to jump straight into the lake. But unfortunately the weather played there (12 ° C) end of May :-( not with. We had also never experienced the nice and great atmosphere with the Leitner family anywhere. You felt comfortable from the first moment. Cleanliness? 5 stars !!!, we have already experienced completely different things in other, more expensive hotels. We would love to come back. B&H Hinze

Beste Lage direkt am See. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Und vor allem unglaublich freundliche, hilfsbereite und herzliche Vermieter. Besser geht nicht. Super nice apartments in different sizes, everything clean, modern and well maintained. The free Wi-Fi works fast and without problems. Best location right on the lake. Parking in front of the house. And above all, incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming landlords. It does not get better.

Das Apartment ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ruderboot, Treetboot, Stand up Board und schwimmende Badeplattform können von den Gästen genutzt werden. Sehr herzliche Inhaber inkl Nala der Labradorhündin. Wir hatten eine wundervolle erholsame Woche! Wonderful owner-managed country house directly on the lake with a lawn for sunbathing and its own lake access. Everything looked after with a lot of love. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Rowing boats, pedal boats, stand up boards and floating bathing platforms can be used by guests. Very warm owners including Nala the Labrador. We had a wonderful relaxing week!
