Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gemütlich, tolle Aussicht auf die Bergwelt wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. We can only say one thing here it was a dream vacation. Ms. Kröll was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, great view of the mountains, we felt very comfortable here.
A	Armin Scherz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar tadellos und Elmau bietet sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, leider haben wir uns bei Familie Kröll nicht willkommen gefühlt. Keine Begrüßung oder gar Vorstellung, alles in leicht herablassenden Ton. Leider auch wenig Information über "Hausregeln", dafür dann sehr unwirsch vorgetragene Beschuldigungen und Vorwürfe. Völlig unnachvollziehbar sind Beschuldigungen, unsere Kinder hätten bis halb 12 Lärm gemacht, wir waren täglich um 10 im Bett... Zumindest für Familien also leider nicht zu empfehlen. The apartment itself is impeccable and Elmau offers a lot of sights and activities, unfortunately we didn't feel welcome at the Kröll family. No greeting or introduction, all in a slightly condescending tone. Unfortunately, little information about "house rules", but then very vaguely made accusations and allegations. Completely incomprehensible are accusations that our children made noise until half past eleven, we were in bed every day at ten ... So unfortunately not recommended for families.

Die Wohnung ist im Hause der Familie Kröll, direkt auf der „Sunseit“ am Fuße des wilden kaiser gelegen. Im Sommer wie auch im Winter ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren oder Wellness im Kaiserbad. Barbara und Markus Kröll geben immer gerne Auskunft und auch mal einen Geheimtipp … Man kommt als Urlauber und geht als „Freund“! Wunderschöne Lage, wunderschöne Wohnung, wunderbare Vermieter - wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub, The Kröll family has been a great landlord for us for 8 years now! The apartment is in the house of the Kröll family, directly on the "Sunseit" at the foot of the wilder Kaiser. In summer as well as in winter an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours or wellness in the Kaiserbad. Barbara and Markus Kröll are always happy to provide information and sometimes an insider tip ... You come as a vacationer and leave as a "friend"! Wonderful location, wonderful apartment, wonderful landlord - we look forward to our next vacation,
