Nic eplace. They underestimate the people in the hotel for the services they offer (eg sauna)

Great Breakfast, clean and tidy rooms with a superb view a short walk from the city centre.

Nice,clean room . Just little bit far away from town, by foot ...but bus stop is just next to hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Minus 1 star for early check out: 10.30 am.

Everything was ok. Room was clean and in good size, same as bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. Close to the city centre but quite high (consider that if you want to see the centre on foot). When I was there sauna was closed, which was a pity but in general all place was worth the price.

We selected this accommodation for our ski holiday via booking.com because it was marked as accessible by ski. Actually it is not at all. You need to take your skies in hand and cross the street in ski boots via a tunnel, then climb up on a dirt slope and go ahead for at least 150 meters to reach the ski area. Then we selected a room with very specific feature that was on the pictures belonging to that room. When arriving, we found that the room is different. We contacted the accomodation via booking.com to request a room change and told them that it is not accessible by ski, they refused the change and the same day they deleted the picture showing that feature of the room which is quite a ridiculous movement. They also refused to compensate for the misstatement of accessible by ski. You have to know that there were similar accommodations not accessible by ski at far lower price in the same time. They insist that the ski area is 30 meters from the house, but everybody can check it on google maps that it is at least in 150 meters aerial distance that is even longer when you actually walk it. Then for a high rate you pay (300 EUR/night) you experience such petty things like there is a coffee machine but no capsules for it. For god's sake, you need to go back to the city and buy some. And for 4 days you get ONE dishwasher tablet. Seriously? The reception is always empty, you need to go to another hotel cross the street a little above, where it is also very difficult to catch the right time to find personnel. In the bathroom sometimes there is sewer odor, others on booking also experienced that based on the feedbacks. When you try to discuss your problems they shift responsibility and tell lies. A real disappointment, a rip off.

Very nice and clean apartments. We stayed in Diana 1 and overlooked the village and the mountains. Stunning view! The apartment is modern, complete en clean. The beds are comfortable and we like the sauna in the basement. Really good after a long day of skiing in the Schladming mountains. You can reach the apartment from the slopes via a tunnel under the road. The apartment has a good dry-room for the ski equipment. The breakfast was very complete and all you can wish for to prepare for a ski day. Landhaus Hubertus is part of the opposite Hotel (Erzherzog Johan) where you can enjoy diner in the evening or have a drink. The village is 20 minute walk downhill so will take more time to walk back, depending on your condition :-).
