Hervorragende Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick auf den Wolfgangsee

Wunderbarer Ort für Ruhesuchende, dazu noch ein herrlicher Ausblick zum See und vielfältige Wandermöglichkeiten ab Haus.

Ein prima Platz, um für längere Zeit Ruhe zu finden. Nette Vermieter, unaufdringlich und auskunftsbereit. Nahe Spazier-und Wandermoeglichkeiten. Komme wieder.

Ich war das erste Mal am Wolfgangsee und kann einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen. Ideale Ferienwohnung, gemütlich, sauber, großzügig mit riesiger Terasse und einen schönen großen Balkon. Frühstück gab es auf dem Balkon und Abendessen auf der Terasse immer mit Blick auf den See. Ideal ist die Lage des Landhaus Gerum zu nennen, einerseits in Ried am Rande des Zentrum von St. Wolfgang und andererseits direkt an den Wanderrouten. Der includierte Zugang zum Badestand mit modernisierten Umkleide- und Sanitärgebäude direkt am See ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. Besser geht es nicht. Die speziellen Gastgebertipps für die besonderen Wanderrouten und Ausflugsziele am See waren Gold wert und sind von unschätzbarem Wert. Als ganz besonderes Highlight für mich ist die hauseigene Sauna zu nennen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne her, weil es für uns kein schöneres Plätzchen am See gibt! Friederike und Leo sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Ferienwohnung ist voll ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im Ort. Das Tolle an der Lage ist auch, dass man vom Landhaus Gerum sofort mit unzähligen Wanderungen starten kann und danach zur Abkühlung in den 90 m entfernten See springen kann!

I been there and its a wonderful place...

Here is the thing They are offering an apartment with 3 beds for rent 1 year long. She asked for a quiet old person. Without kids. Till this is very ok, they can ask whatever they want. My father is a very nice guy who read a lot and is very quiet. AND he is looking for a new apartment, so he ask us to go with him to check the place. She, the owner, was rude from the beginning, she wanted to let us, the family, in the first floor to show the apartment just to my father. Not us. She was very unhappy because we were there with our twins of 8 years each (who had really good behavior there. I was very occupied on that) and suddenly she ask me if I will visit my father every weekend and I say, "maybe, well, I don't know! (we live very close to this lake, and all the lakes, so I am not looking for a place in the lake. It was my fathers apartment what we were looking) I left the place taking my kids, to let her speak quietly with my father and husband. Then, at the next day, she wrote to my father she will not accept him because the place is quiet, not for families (what? did we say is for us?) and "because she couldn't speak quietly with him (yea right, we where outside, in the street to not bother them) They say they accept pets (my father don't have), but she ask for a picture to check it first, and just if she like it is accept. (very weird way to accept pets) Probably they first have to say, in the advertising: Not pet Not family Not grand childrens Not visits at all This place is even not that perfect. The additional beds that are supposedly for children (who are not really accepted), are very small, and the vibra isn't good at all! And what bother me the most. We had of course no intention to be there every weekend like she imply. Probably a family can visit to his father once in a while right? We said we have family in Viena and we travel a lot, so this will not happen (I do not know why we started to justify our weekends) And we have a beautiful place in Salzburg, so you are not that special, we don't need to take advantage. We Will never come back there. Please if you guys (from this place) reply this, don't say lies. Thanks.
