We drive 4 hours, arrive, unpack, go shopping to find out that mo, you cant stay the room os already booked!! What??!!! Yes, we booked it. No, someone else did. I called 4 times and spoke to someone here. Yes, but that was my som and he did not know. Are you kidding me????? Then why os he even answering the phone! Just outrageous! Now it is 6pm and we have to fond a place to stay! Do not come here! Horrible!!!
G	Graciela Lachmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible! i booked a 3 night stay here and after confirming 3 times we drove almost four hours. When we arrived we asked if we could pay right away. The owner presented us with a bill that had our name clearly written on the receipt. We unpacked and went o do some shopping. On our return the owner m met us outside and told us we could not stay. That she did not have a reservation for us. we explained she did as our name was on the bill which we had paid and that we had confirmed our reservation. Sh explained that we spoke to her son and not her. Then she kicked us out! barely helping us find another place! We were outraged! We had obviously made a reservation as at the time we received the bill our name was clearly written on the receipt. we had not given her any documentation. She was extremely rude. We drove home and later confronted her on the telephone and she repeatedly denied knowing our name or that we had a reservation. Best go somewhere else! The house is also squished between the very busy main highway and another street. NEVER AGAIN!
