★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Erfahrungen hat jeder Mensch in seinem Leben! Und man kann auch immer behaupten das man unschuldig ist. Bei den Richtern hier vor Ort besteht (aus meiner Sicht)das Hauptsächliche Problem das sie nicht mehr ihrer Gesetzlich geregelten Aufgabe nachkommen sondern den für sie einfachsten Weg gehen. Die Rechtliche Grundlage sollte bei jeden Fall sein ihn einzeln zu betrachten und zu bearbeitenden sowie alle Fakten Objektiv von beiden Seiten zu betrachten und Abzuwägen. Hier vor Ort ist es egal welche Sachlage oder Gründe man auch immer vorbringt sie werden ignoriert!! Mann kann auch sagen das die Richter ihre (angebliche) Macht ausspielen und und Urteile voreingenommen fällen.Das ist meine Persönliche Sichtweise und Theoretisch soll eine frei Meinungsäußerung selbst in Österreich erlaubt sein(glaube ich)
 Every person has bad experiences in his life! And you can always say that you are innocent. The main problem with the judges here (from my point of view) is that they no longer fulfill their legally regulated task but take the easiest route for them. In any case, the legal basis should be to look at it individually and to process it, and to look at all facts objectively from both sides and to weigh them up. Here on site it doesn't matter what the circumstances or reasons are, they will be ignored !! You can also say that the judges use their (alleged) power and make judgments in a biased manner. That is my personal view and in theory, freedom of expression should be allowed even in Austria (I think)
