Personal ist unfähig und noch dazu unfreundlich.
Wie man sich als Bürger so behandeln lassen muss, ist mir ein Rätsel.
Ma muass holt ka oasch sein, aber dei sants freiwillig.

How one should be treated like that as a citizen is a mystery to me.

Sollte man modernisieren und ökologischer gestalten.
Evtl. abreißen und leistbare Wohnungen inkl. größeren Busbahmhof bauen würde an der Stelle Sinn ergeben.
Service der Behörde kann ich nicht beurteilen - die macht ihren Job vermutlich gut, kann den aber auch woanders oder in einem schöneren Gebäude gut machen.
Block building, high fence. Little green.
Should be modernized and made more ecological.
Possibly tearing it down and building affordable apartments including a larger bus station would make sense at this point.
I can't judge the service of the authorities - they probably do their job well, but they can also do it well elsewhere or in a nicer building.
