H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ musste mal dort anrufen, wg Grenzkontrollen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war so komisch und extrem aggressiv. had to call there because of border controls. The employee on the phone was so weird and extremely aggressive.

Es war ein älterer, gutgeschulter, höflicher und freundlicher Beamter am Telefon der geschickt deeskalierend tätig war. "So geht Exekutive"! Danke Called today because something "crunched" with an official in town. It was an older, well-trained, polite and friendly officer on the phone who was de-escalating. Das essen könnte besser sein aber man hat alles was man braucht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Very comfortable beds. Cells don't have a television. Service was not ideal but satisfactory. The food could be better but you have everything you need. Not recommended for a longer stay.

Das Personal ist langsam, unterbesetzt und seit covid 19 ist alles in diesem Laden einfach nur zusammengewürfelter Zufall(Wann man dran kommt, Bearbeitungszeit des Vorfalls, Art der Strafe.........) Unfriendly, not helpful, high costs, absolutely ridiculous opening times that hardly a working person could take advantage of. The staff is slow, understaffed and since covid 19 everything in this shop has been a mere coincidence (when it's your turn, processing time of the incident, type of punishment .........)

Der Mehrwert ist klar das Miteinander und der Dialog auf Augenhöhe den ich bei einem vergangenen Fall hier erlebt habe. Danke für die gute Arbeit und das Engagement. Architecturally perhaps interesting for one or the other, but apart from the building also an exciting team of committed people who actually try to do their best for Salzburg's population. The added value is clearly the cooperation and the dialogue at eye level that I experienced here in a previous case. Thanks for the good work and commitment.
