r	rebekka gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war kürzlich auf Besuch bei einer alten Dame, die schon einige Jahre im Pflegeheim lebt und ich war angetan von der liebevollen Atmosphäre, die in diesem Heim herrscht! Das Pflegepersonal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Bedanken möchte ich mich bei TATJANA, die sich so rührend um meine Bekannte bemüht! I was recently visiting an old lady who has been living in the nursing home for several years and I was impressed by the lovely atmosphere that prevails in this home! The nursing staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I would like to thank TATJANA, who is so touching to my friends!

Auf regionale Gegebenheiten (es gibt in Mautern keine Infrastruktur für PCR-Tests) wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Pflegemanagement durch Gesundheitskonzerne mag wirtschaftlich sein. Das Augenmaß bleibt dabei leider auf der Strecke - vielleicht hätte mehr Entscheidungskompetenz vor Ort geholfen? Update vom 5.1.22 Danke für Ihre rasche Reaktion. Gerne leite ich den Schriftverkehr an die Beschwerdestelle weiter. Hätte ich gewusst, dass auf diesem Weg so rasch reagiert wird, hätte ich diese Möglichkeit schon früher genutzt. Freundliche Grüße Update vom 16.2.22 War wohl eine automatische Antwort auf eine schlechte Bewertung, denn bislang ist von Ihrer Seite keine weitere Reaktion erfolgt. Care in the LPZ was very okay. But the complaint management of the KAGes is a drama. Regional conditions (there is no infrastructure for PCR tests in Mautern) are not taken into account. Care management by healthcare companies may be economical. Unfortunately, a sense of proportion falls by the wayside - perhaps more decision-making authority on site would have helped?
