G	G. J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bei einem alten Freund zu Besuch auf der Med 1, vom telefonischen Kontakt vorher bis zum Besuch war das ganze Personal äußerst freundlich und nett! Bei der Covit19 Kontrolle am Eingang lief trotz Stress alles sehr ruhig und freundlich ab! Ich möchte dafür DANKE sagen! I was visiting an old friend at Med 1, from the previous telephone contact to the visit, the entire staff was extremely friendly and nice! At the Covit19 control at the entrance everything went very calmly and friendly despite the stress! I would like to say THANK YOU for that!

Wie man hier von der Blonden älteren Dame behandelt wird am Telefon am 04.06.2021 ist eine Frechheit!! Ich habe wirklich selten was, aber als Steuerzahler und Patient der Schmerzen hat erwartet man sich von einem LKH( Höflichkeit, kompetente Antworten) diese sogenannte Dame die aufgenommen hat war so launisch und unhöflich, schrecklich einfach!! Für mich das unhöflichste Krankenhaus!! I'm here for the 2 time ambulance, but definitely never again !! How you are treated here by the blonde elderly lady on the phone on June 4th, 2021 is a cheek! I really rarely have anything, but as a taxpayer and patient who has pain you expect from an LKH (courtesy, competent answers) this so-called lady who took in was so moody and rude, terribly easy! For me the rudest hospital !!
K	Karin Kaufmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedesmal wie ich jetzt dort war, waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlichen. Ob am Eingang, bei der Aufnahme, in der Medizinischen Ambulanz oder im 1. Stock. Egal ob Ärztin, Schwester oder Pfleger man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und umsorgt. Vielen Dank! Every time I was there, all of the staff were very, very friendly. Whether at the entrance, at the reception, in the medical ambulance or on the 1st floor. Regardless of whether you are a doctor, nurse or carer, you feel that you are in good hands and looked after. Mein Termin war um 9 Uhr, ich musste aber früher kommen da noch ein Coronatest gemacht wurde. Danach hat man mich fast 4 Stunden im öffentlichen Wartezimmer warten lassen und das in Coronazeiten. Ich war dehydriert, schwindlig und wäre fast vom unbequemen Stuhl gefallen. Die 2 Beschwerden bei der Info wurden nicht einmal ignoriert. Es wäre das mindeste einem nüchternen Menschen der nicht einmal mehr Wasser trinken darf und vorher intensive Abführmittel nehmen musste ein Bett anzubieten. Eine sehr unzufriedene Patientin Antwort auf die Antwort vom Inhaber: Wenn das LKH Südsteiermark im Jahr 2021 nicht imstande ist eine Onlinebeschwerde abzuhandeln ist auch das ein großer Kritikpunkt. Dear Lkh Wagna, I had a colonoscopy in your hospital on January 4th. My appointment was at 9 a.m., but I had to come earlier because a corona test was being done. Then I was made to wait for almost 4 hours in the public waiting room and that in corona times. I was dehydrated, dizzy, and almost fell off the uncomfortable chair. The 2 complaints at the info were not even ignored. It would be the very least to offer a bed to a sober person who is not even allowed to drink water and has to take intensive laxatives beforehand. A very dissatisfied patient Answer to the answer from the owner: If the LKH Südsteiermark is unable to deal with an online complaint in 2021, that is also a major point of criticism.
B	Bogdan Gregor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war in Wagna mit mein 9 Jahrige Tochter weil sie hat ihre Hand gebrochen und sei haben ihre a gips rauf gegeben und 4 woche später wann sei die gips weg geschniten haben die knochen sind um 25% Schief Geheilt.Und wir hätten müssen in LKH Graz für eine OB .So biitte wann sie die gleiche problem haben mot die kind bitte gehen sie in LKH graz weil sonst in wagna wird alles nur schlimer.Es tut mir leid für mein deutsch aber ich hätte das schreiben müssen. I was in Wagna with my 9 year old daughter because she broke her hand and she gave her a plaster of paris and 4 weeks later when the plaster of paris was cut away the bones healed by 25% and we had to go to LKH Graz for an OB. So please when you have the same problem mot the child please go to LKH graz because otherwise in wagna everything will only be worse. I'm sorry for my German but I should have written that.
K	Kate Stockreiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte und die Schwestern sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber eine empfamgsdame, boah..., die lässt zu wünschen übrig.... Man sollte schon etwas netter sein am Empfang und nicht gleich unhöflich werden. The doctors and the nurses are very friendly and helpful but a receptionist, wow ... she leaves a lot to be desired ... You should be a little nicer at the reception and not be rude.

Es wurde sich sehr um mich bemüht und egal ob Schwestern oder Ärzte alle machten einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Es war ein Hand in Hand arbeiten. Besonders hat mich auch die Freundlichkeit beeindruckt. Vielen Dank nochmal an das gesamte Team! I was admitted to Wagna hospital after an accident. I felt very well looked after there. A lot of effort was made to look after me and whether nurses or doctors all made a very competent impression. It was working hand in hand. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness. Thanks again to the whole team!

Ich wurde von allen Security Mitarbeiten/innen, Pfleger/innen und Ärzten/innen respektvoll, verständnisvoll und freundlich behandelt. Obwohl ich zügig behandelt wurde, hat man sich Zeit genommen um mich ausreichend zu untersuchen und hat sich aufmerksam meinen Schilderungen bez. der Schmerzthematik gewidmet. Ich habe mich nie allein gelassen oder unverstanden gefühlt. In weiterer Folge wurde ich zur detaillierteren Abklärung an ein weiteres Krankenhaus übermittelt, im Vorfeld wurden aber bereits alle Formalitäten seitens Oberarzt geklärt. Diese Art und Weise der Patienten Betreuung ist mir aus Kärnten nicht bekannt, ich bin daher mehr als nur zufrieden. Vielen Dank für die ausgezeichnete Betreuung.
