R	Res Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher ist das Pflegepersonal aus barmherzigen Menschen bestanden, die das Bedürfnis nach helfen hatten und mit einer Vision in den Beruf gegangen sind, aber heutzutage ist es leider nicht mehr überall so... Es beginnt hier bei der Aufnahme mit der unfreundlichen Frau Riegler, die weder das Grüßen noch das Zurückgrüßen gelernt hat... In der Station 1 Ost haben sich paar Leute zusammengefunden, die aufgrund der schlechten Situation am Arbeitsmarkt eine Pflegeausbildung gemacht haben.. Einerseits der unfreundliche Umgang mit Patienten, andererseits werden die Patienten teilweise ausgelacht, wenn sie sich beschweren und es gibt keine einzige Anlaufstelle in diesem Haus für das Beschwerdemanagement.. letztendlich wurde ich nach drei Stellen zur Pflegedienstleitung geschickt, die mir ein gemeinsames Gespräch mit der ärztlichen Leitung versprochen hat und das hat nie stattgefunden. Es hat sich dann in Endeffekt heraus gestellt, dass die ärztliche Diagnose auch falsch war und mein Aufenthalt mit dem ganzen Stress und Ärger unnötig war... Alles was dazu gehört Transport von der Station in den Op saal , Überwachung nach der Op....Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt ? Very friendly team. Praise goes to the day clinic and the surgery team and everything that goes with it, transport from the ward to the surgery room, monitoring after the surgery... I felt very well looked after ?
S	SEBASTIAN Mogg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hab 6 stunden gewartet für einen gips wo neine hand gebrochen war ich hatte schmerzen und habe trotzdem so lange warten müssen also meine empfehlung geht wo anderes hin I waited 6 hours for a cast where my hand was broken, I was in pain and still had to wait so long, so I recommend going somewhere else

Zufallendem war die Frau Doktor besonders gründlich und zu Ihrer sympathischen Art auch noch hübsch:) Soll ich jetzt sagen "gerne wieder? ;) A small cut was glued promptly and extremely competently in no time. The whole team, super friendly and in a good mood, even on Sunday. Coincidentally, the doctor was particularly thorough and, in addition to her sympathetic nature, also pretty:) Shall I say "I'd love to do it again? ;)
j	jon jon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Krankenhaus mit wunderbarem, freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Team. War heute, 1.2.2022, zur Gastro- und Koloskopie dort. Wurde von der Rezeptionistin, dem Ärzteteam, dass die Untersuchung durchführte, den hilfsbereiten Shwestern, die mir noch eine Jause anboten, bis zum Arzt, der mir den Befund erklärte, sehr persönlich betreut! Sollte ich wieder ein Krankenhaus benötigen, weiß ich schon wo ich mich hinwenden werden. Bin Burgenländer. Top hospital with wonderful, friendly and helpful team. Was there today, February 1st, 2022, for gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Was looked after very personally by the receptionist, the team of doctors who carried out the examination, the helpful sisters who offered me a snack and the doctor who explained the findings to me! If I ever need a hospital again, I know where to turn. I am from Burgenland.
S	Silvia Waitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren in der Ambulanz, von der ersten Begutachtung wo wir einen ganz freundlichen Arzt hatten ,bis am Schluss wo wie alle Befunde bekommen haben hat zwar alles etwas gedauert aber trotzdem zufrieden. An Menschlichkeit fehlt es dort sicher nicht. Were in the outpatient clinic, from the first assessment, where we had a very friendly doctor, to the end, where we all got the results, everything took a while but was still satisfied. There is certainly no lack of humanity there.
P	Patricia Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte mittlerweile mit meinem 3 monatigen Kind über 4 Stunden auf meinen 18 jährigen Bruder, dass er endlich geröngt wird. Sind mit Überweisung und Corona Impfung hergefahren und müssen uns auch noch Unfreundlichkeit vom Personal gefallen lassen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert dieses Krankenhaus. Ich weiß, warum ich nie her komme!!!! I've now been waiting with my 3-month-old child for over 4 hours for my 18-year-old brother to finally be x-rayed. Went here with a transfer and corona vaccination and also had to put up with the unfriendliness of the staff. Absolutely do not recommend this hospital. I know why I never come here!!!!
