"Der Firmenname muss auf Deutsch sein" - "es muss vorher geprüft werden ob sie den Namen überhaupt verwenden dürfen" (Eine Nachname - Fantasiename Kombination) "das muss vom Notar eingereicht werden". Woher kommen diese Behauptungen? Ich war bereits in viele Firmenbuchsachen involviert u.a. in Krems und Wien - keines dieser Punkte war jemals Thema und es hat rechtlich auch absolut keinen Halt. Bereits von mehreren Parteien zu Hrn. Bistri die gleichen Aussagen gehört, ist anzunehmen das Hr. Bistri andere Motive hat, die es zu klären gilt. Eine Schande wenn sich unerfahrene Jungunternehmer so etwas aussetzen müssen! Eine Firmengründung mit Eintragung kann direkt mit entsprechendem Formular und etwas Vorbereitung für wenige hundert Euro erreicht werden, wohingegen ein Notar tausende Euro verlangen kann. Natürlich ist das für einen Neugründer abschreckend! Mr. In my opinion, Bistri from the commercial register deliberately provided incorrect and dissuasive information, among other things. Of course this is a deterrent for a new entrepreneur!
