S	Sabine Seiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Verwaltung überhaupt. Wegen drei kleine Kratzer im parkettboden, muss eine Firma kommen u sie wissen nicht, wann sie die Kaution zurück zahlen. Die Wohnung wurde 11 Jahre bewohnt, das sind normale Abnützungen. Frechheit soetwas. Worst administration ever. Because of three small scratches in the parquet floor, a company has to come and they don't know when to pay the deposit back. The apartment was lived in for 11 years, which is normal wear and tear. Insolence something like that.

Sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit (Telefonisch nur bis 12:00 Uhr erreichbar und dann hebt niemand ab bzw. Zuständiger ist nicht verfügbar und es gibt keine Vertretung... was tun wenn man akut etw. braucht?) und keine Zuverlässigkeit! Schließe mich den vielen kritischen Rezensionen an. Schade nur, dass man sich seine Hausverwaltung nicht aussuchen kann! With this property management company, I ask myself what is their performance on the customer. So service quality looks different. Very poor availability (only reachable by phone until 12:00 noon and then nobody picks up or the person in charge is not available and there is no substitute ... what to do if you need something urgently?) And no reliability! Join the many critical reviews. It's just a shame that you can't choose your property manager!

Mega unhöflich, sagt wir sollen uns nichts einbilden und wir bekommen die Wohnung sowieso nicht und sie wird in das Internet gestellt, anschließend hat er ohne irgendwas aufgelegt! Sagte er im letzten Monat als wir ausziehen müssten und die 2 Monate davor nichts.. Unglaublich sowas, komplett unverantwortlich! An unbelievably bad person! Never again Hammerl for me! Mega rude, says we shouldn't fool ourselves and we won't get the apartment anyway and it will be posted on the Internet, then he hung up without anything! He said last month when we had to move out and nothing in the 2 months before .. Unbelievable, completely irresponsible!

Wir melden seit Monaten, dass unsere Heizung defekt ist und sie wurde nicht repariert. Jetzt kommt der Winter. Es ist zum Kopf schütteln. Extremely poor property management. Noticeable fluctuation in the team. Unprofessionalism is lived. We have been reporting for months that our heating is defective and it has not been repaired. Winter is coming. It's making you shake your head.

Grundsätzlich ist nie jemand erreichbar der zuständig ist, Rückmeldung wird versprochen, doch nach 1 Monat muss man selbst anrufen um erneut zu hören, dass sich jemand melden wird. Die Mitarbeiter wechseln offenbar auch ständig, was wohl schon aussagekräftig genug ist. Bin auch von der fachlichen Kompetenz nicht beeindruckt, wenn man mal jemanden erreicht, ist meistens die Antwort, dass die Verwaltung da nichts tun kann oder nichts davon weiß. One of the worst administrations I have ever dealt with. Basically, someone who is responsible can never be reached, feedback is promised, but after 1 month you have to call yourself to hear again that someone will contact you. The employees apparently change constantly, which is probably enough. I'm also not impressed by the professional competence, when you reach someone, the answer is usually that the administration can't do anything or doesn't know anything about it.

Es ist ein Alptraum in einem Objekt zu wohnen, wo diese Katastrophenfirma die Verwaltung hat. A really terrible company. Callbacks are promised and never carried out. Damage reports simply ignored for weeks. It is a nightmare to live in a property where this disaster company is in charge.

Wenn eine Wohnung von dieser Firma verwaltet wird am besten nicht einziehen. A disaster. Really terrible in every conceivable way. Extremely unfriendly people. 0 support and assistance. If an apartment is managed by this company, it is best not to move in.

An Inkompetenz nicht zu übertreffen, wird man - sofern sich jemand erbarmt abzuheben, was quasi nie der Fall ist - monatelang vertröstet "der/die Zuständige weiß bescheid und wird sich melden". Wir sind froh nach den Jahren endlich weg zu sein! Ich hoffe die Leute lesen sich die Rezensionen durch. Stay away from this property manager. Not to be surpassed in terms of incompetence, if someone takes pity on standing out, which is almost never the case, one is put off for months "the responsible person knows about it and will get in touch". We are happy to finally be gone after all these years! I hope people read the reviews.
