(Lediglich 2 Schrauben verstellen) zurück bekam ich sie mit einer neuen zündkerze obwohl eine neue drinn war und eine 70€ Rechnung. I bought a brushcutter there. Because it wasn't set up right from the start, I asked the workshop if they could do it to me. (Just adjust 2 screws) I got it back with a new spark plug even though there was a new one and a € 70 bill.

I was at the Gloggnitz warehouse this morning to have an urgent matter done on the car. The entire team at Auto-Werkstätte Lagerhaus was - even though I didn't have an appointment - spontaneously ready, friendly and after a degree everything was well done. War sehr überrascht, alles da Preise ok. Service ok. Freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter Daher maximale Punkte Something remote, so I'm not a customer. But since the hardware stores are overrun because of the lockdown, I took the little detour today. Was very surprised, everything was ok. Service ok. Der hinweis: keine Garantie, weil zu schmutzig. Den nächsten maeher kauf ich beim obi.... The power in the country .. That I don't laugh. Once again, warranty conditions were not met when repairing a lawn mower. Note: no guarantee because it is too dirty. I buy the next maeher from obi ....

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Kommunikation, alles wird genau erklärt und man hat das Gefühl, dass Herr Steiner absolut kundenorientiert ist. Alles klappte wie am Schnürchen und für das alte Auto wurde auch noch ein erfreulicher Preis erzielt. Vielen vielen Dank für diese umfassende Unterstützung ... ich bleibe Stammkundin bis zum Twizy ;) und kann Renault/Dacia 100% weiterempfehlen. I leased a new car from Mr Steiner and am very enthusiastic about the business. Very friendly and accommodating communication, everything is explained in detail and you get the feeling that Mr. Steiner is absolutely customer-oriented. Everything went like clockwork and a good price was achieved for the old car. Thank you very much for this comprehensive support ...
